Five-year-old'honeydew'grapes was regarded as the test materials.17 treatments were designed according to whether green fertilizer was applied, different application levels of nitrogen fertilizer and different proportions after manuring, each treatment was repeated three times.Four nitrogen levels were set for urea as nitrogen fertilizer, and two fertilizer proportions were set for each level.Trifolium repens L was taken as the green fertilizer, which was cut down and pressured into the soil once a month until the harvest is mature. The main research results of the test are as follows:1.Compared with the control group, the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil was increased by using nitrogen fertilizer.Under the same amount of nitrogen fertilization, different fertilization schemes have no significant influence on the content of nutrients in the soil. The content of various substances in the soil which applying green manure and nitrogen fertilizer was higher than that of only applying nitrogen fertilizer. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium in soil increased by 20.7%,46.5%,18.8%,18.6%and 13.1%respectively after two years of continuous application of green manure.2.The leaf area, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of grapes were increased by applying nitrogen fertilizer. The content of each index first went up and then down with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application.Compared with increasing nitrogen fertilizer in the early stage of fruit enlargement, the long-term application of nitrogen fertilizer in shoot growth stage was more conducive to the photosynthesis of grapes,in which the leaf area and photosynthetic rate of grapes were increased. The leaf area, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of honeydew grapes were significantly higher than that of which only applying nitrogen fertilizer after two consecutive years of pressure doubling.3.The content of soluble solids, soluble sugar, vitamin C in grapes went up and then down with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application. The content of titratable acid went down and then up.When nitrogen is applied to 240 kg·hm-2?N3T2?,the grape has the best fruit quality.Compared with increasing nitrogen fertilizer in the early stage of fruit enlargement, the long-term application of nitrogen fertilizer in shoot growth stage is beneficial to improve the fruit quality of grape.Compared with controls, soluble sugar, soluble solid and vitamin C were increased by 18.7%,18.7%and 30%which had two consecutive years'green manuring, titratable acid was reduced by 30%.Through the analysis of a number of indicators, the results show that when the content of nitrogen was 240 kg·hm-2,the proportion in different periods of shoot growth stage, early fruit enlargement and fruit coloring was 5:3:2,the grape grew best. With green manure under this nitrogen solution can effectively improve the grapes in the content of soluble sugar, soluble solid and vitamin C.Applying green manure and nitrogen fertilizer year by year can promote the growth of"honeydew"grapes, and improve"honeydew"grapes'fruit quality, achieve high yield, the results can provide a reference basis for"honeydew"grapes to have a high quality, efficient production.
