Streptococcus viridans,Achromobacter xylosoxidans, and Serratia marcescens are all conditioned pathogens.Streptococcus viridans is Gram-positive bacteria,Achromobacter xylosoxidans and Serratia marcescens are Gram-negative bacteria. For a long time, the diseases caused by them have not been common, and they have been considered as beneficial bacteria and have not been taken seriously by people. With the development of society, there are growing reports of diseases caused by a variety of pathogens. As many pathogenic bacteria cause diseases, the condition is very similar, and many of them are mixed infections, leading to the doctor’s experience in drug use and the persistence of the abuse of antibiotics. The phenomenon is also very common, resulting in a serious waste of medical expenses, many pathogenic bacteria thus mutated in the body, resistance and pathogenicity have been enhanced, and even there are many cases of pathogens have been multidrug-resistant.Diseases caused by the above three pathogens are more common in clinical medicine. There are reports in the literature that the above three pathogenic bacteria exist in healthy people and animals, which possess a potential threat to human safety. There are many similar diseases that infect these bacteria, such as local abscess, dysplasia, pneumonia, etc.,which brings certain disturbance to the diagnosis of the disease and also impacts the development of the aquaculture industry. As a pathogen of zoonosis,it is of great significance in the fields of medicine and veterinary medicine. The above three types of bacteria were found in the study of runt-like Wusuli Raccoon dog scorpion and diseased Wusuli Raccoon dog(The following is called mortals and dead cirrhotic livers). Therefore,It is urgent to carry out investigations on blood pathogens in healthy animals and improve relevant literature reports. For the above reasons,in the first part of the study,153 samples of Wusuli roccoon dog pulmonalis collected in Jilin and Hebei Province were investigated for blood pathogens(including anatomical collection of 6 mortals and 7 dead cirrhotic livers. The rest were all healthy.Wusuli roccoon dog blood).16 S rRNA gene sequence-specific amplification method was used to detect blood samples, and positive samples were cloned and sequenced. The phylogenetic tree was established to explore the homology differences of each pathogen;the second part was to detect the rigidity of Achromobacter xylosoxidans. The sputum and disease-killed livers were isolated and purified by bacteria. The isolated xylose-oxidizing bacillus strains were used for animals pathogenicity tests and analysis to provide some reference for the prevention of disease caused by Achromobacter xylosoxidans in fur animals in Jilin and Hebei provinces.1.Investigation and phylogenetic analysis of blood pathogenic bacteria in the left family breeding base in Jilin and Wusuli roccoon dog in a free-family household in Changli County,Hebei Province.A total of 153 blood samples were taken from both sites and amplified by bacterial 16 S rRNA universal primers.Positive samples(about 1500 bp)were cloned and sequenced to find Streptococcus viridans 4.58%(7/153)and Arthrobacter 1.31%.(2/153),32.68%(50/153)of Achromobacter xylosoxidans,5.23%(8/153)of Serratia marcescens,1.31%(2/153)of Microbacterium, maltophilic narrow cell The bacteria was 1.31%(2/153),of which 6 strains were detected in a free-family household in Changli County,Hebei Province, and only Achromobacter xylosoxidans was detected in the left family breeding base in Jilin. The top three rates for the positive rate were Streptococcus viridans, xylose, and colorless oxidation.Bacillus and Serratia marcescens, establish phylogenetic trees by combining the above three sequencing results with reference sequences, initially confirmed that the Achromobacter xylosoxidans belongs to Achromobacter;Serratia marcescens belongs to Serratia;Achromobacter viridans belongs to Streptococcus.2.Animal pathogenicity testUsed in the runt-like Raccoon dog and isolated livers of A.xylosoxidans, mice were injected intraperitoneally to study the pathogenicity of animals. The results showed that: within 48 hours Jilin,Hebei,a total of 8 groups of chic small Rats died, accounting for 61.54% of the total isolates.Among them, the death of mice in Jilin area was more serious than that in Hebei.
