Ralstonia solanacearum is a bacterial soil-borne disease that causes bacterial wilt in plants.It is a devastating disease that is widespread,prevalent,difficult to control,and spreads quickly.It is mainly distributed in tropical,subtropical and some temperate regions.The scope of the host is very wide.It can infect more than 50 families and hundreds of crops,causing serious economic losses.Rauerella can cause ginger blight.Ginger is an important economic crop in Sichuan Province.There are many ginger production areas.The prevalence of ginger blight further reduces ginger planting sites.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a systematic investigation and identification of the Lawrella on ginger in Sichuan Province.At the same time,comprehensive prevention and control experiments were conducted to provide guidance for field production.The test results are as follows:?1?This experiment collected natural ginger strains from ginger in more than 20locations in 7 cities in Sichuan Province.Stripping and identification of pathogens of ginger borer were performed using plate streaking and specific primers.115 of ginger borer were isolated from 20 locations in the Sichuan ginger cultivation area.All over Sichuan's major ginger producing areas show that ginger ginger rickets in Sichuan Province are more serious.?2?The research uses the latest R.solanacearum classification framework and Phylotype classification framework to classify 115 strains.Results All strains belong to Phylotype type I representing the Asian branch.The biochemical patterns of 115 strains of R.solanacearum were identified as biochemical type I,type III and type IV.No type II and V type were found.There were 22 strains of type I,accounting for 19.13%of strains of type III.There were 83 strains,accounting for 72.17%.There were 10 strains of type IV,accounting for 8.70%.?3?The agar diffusion method was used to screen the antibacterial activity of 17 test agents against Ginger.The results were as follows:In the case of the content of the same active ingredient,bromothalonil and tetramycin had the best inhibitory effects;ethyl allicin,benziothiazolinone,Zhongsheng mycin,DDT,streptomycin sulfate,and kasugamycin 6kinds of fungicides have a certain antibacterial effect on bacteria;Zn thiazole,copper hydroxide,zein zinc,pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotics,bismerthiazol,copper thiabendazole,bismerthiazol,oxine-copper,hydrochloric acid Oxytetracycline 9 kinds of fungicides have no obvious antibacterial effect.?4?The best experimental reagents for the six kinds of primary screening were used to determine the slope of EC50 and virulence regression equation.The results showed that the best inhibitory effect of Ruanzhuling on ginger ginger rickets was 69.89?g/mL.Next,the EC50 value of thiazolyl ketone was 126.45?g/mL,and the inhibitory effect was also good.The EC50 value of ethyl allicin was 719.11?g/mL,and the EC50 of kasugamycin was 895.51?g/mL.The inhibitory effect was good.The streptomycin sulfate EC50 was 1078.26?g/mL,and the bromobacillus EC50 was 1405.81?g/mL.The effect was more general.The slopes of the virulence regression equations for Tetramycin and Thiazolyl were 0.3395 and 0.3670,indicating that at lower concentrations,these two agents have a good inhibitory effect against Ginger.The slopes of Fuxingling,streptomycin sulfate,ethicin,and kasugamycin are high,and they are 1.0674,0.7181,0.6145,and 0.5696,respectively.?5?Field experiments conducted in an integrated manner of prevention and control provide guidance for production practices.The results show that the establishment of a rain shelter can effectively prevent the occurrence and spread of ginger borer.Only on the basis of normal planting,the sheltering effect can reach 67.17%during the harvesting period of ginger.In the experimental field where soil fumigation and seed coating agent treatment is applied on the basis of shelters,the control effect of ginger harvesting period can reach86.99%.
