The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of dietary with Compound Chinese herbal medicine(CCM)on the growth performance, liver lipid metabolism, antioxidant activity and intestinal function of juvenile Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, and optimize the optimum dose, which can provide reference for the green cultivatior of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus. In this study,750 juvenile Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was randomly divided into 5 groups, which were control group,5CCM,10 CCM,15CCM and 20 CCM,and kept in the water tank of 120 × 80 × 60 cm.The dietary CCM added were 0,5,10,15 and 20 mg/g respectively. After feeding for 70 days, the hepatopancreas, pancreas and intestines were taken to detecte some indexes. The main results are as follows:Compared with the control group, the specific growth rate and protein efficiency of the 10 CCM group were significantly increased, the feed coefficient decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the survival rate and weight gain rate of each group(P > 0.05);CCM had little effect on protein, ash and water content in each group, but crude fat in group 20 CCM was significantly lower than that in group C(P < 0.05).Compared with control group, the content of LDL in hepatopancreas and pancreas of all CCM groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01),the content of TCHO and TG in 10 CCM group was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the content of HDL increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the TCHO content of hepatopancreas in 15 CCM group was significantly decreased(0.01).The MDA content of hepatopancreas in group 10 CCM was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the activity of CAT and GSH-PX increased significantly(P < 0.05).The MDA and AKP content of hepatopancreas in the 15 CCM group was significantly decreased(P < 0.01)and GSH-PX activity was significantly increased(P < 0.05);the histological sections demonstrated that the number and distribution of lipid droplets in hepatopancreas and pancreas decreased with the increase of CCM.The hepatopancreas and pancreatic slices of 10 CCM,15CCM and 20 CCM did not have obvious lipid droplets, and the structure of hepatic cord was clear.Compared with the control group, the activity of pepsin and amylase in the 10 CCM group increased significantly(P < 0.01),the activity of lipase increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the pre fish intestine and Stomach Protease fish in the 15 CCM group increased significantly(P < 0.01),and the amylase and lipase increased significantly(P < 0.05);The intestinal hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was the highest in 5CCM fish group(P < 0.01),and in group 10 CCM,the activity of CAT and GSH-PX and the content of AKP were significantly increased, and the content of PC and MDA decreased significantly(P < 0.05).Through high throughput sequencing in 16 S rDNA V3-V4 region, the results of comparative analysis showed that feed added CCM changed the composition of intestinal microorganism. The proportion of Bacillus whale in the intestine of 10 CCM group increased, while the proportion of Elizabeth,Enterobacteriaceae,Acinetobacter and Rhodococcus decreased in the 10 CCM group. The results showed that CCM could improve the growth performance of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, improve the non specific immune function of the hepatopancreas, regulate the metabolism of liver and pancreas fat,and may also recommend the best dosage by adjusting the composition of intestinal flora, promoting intestinal digestion and absorption function and enhancing the nonspecific immune function of the intestine. The recommended optimum additive amount is 10 mg/g.
