| Walnut is one of the most important economic forest species in China,and it is also an important woody oil and food raw material tree.Its nucleolus contains a variety of nutrients such as fatty acids,proteins,carbohydrates and trace elements.Since 2000,relying on the project of returning farmland to forests,the construction of forestry industry,and the fight against poverty,the area of walnut planting in Sichuan has expanded rapidly.However,due to insufficient varieties and blind introduction,the disease of walnuts is serious,causing huge losses to the walnut industry.Especially in the high temperature and high humidity Sichuan Basin,the disease is more serious,which seriously restricts the development of the industry.Therefore,the selection of suitable high temperature,high humidity climatic conditions,high disease resistant walnut varieties is the key to solving the constraints of industrial development.In the previous study,based on more than 180 native walnut clones screened in Mabian County,Sichuan Province,the ground diameters of 65 7-year-old late-clonal clones were measured,and clones larger than the average diameter were screened.Combined with the dynamic investigation of the natural incidence of black spot and anthracnose fruits in the field,the average yield and fruit quality of the excellent clones with low susceptibility rate were evaluated,and the adaptability and disease resistance were selected.The clones with high yield and good fruit quality have the following results:(1)The 65 clones tested in the Sichuan Basin have a strong overall growth and showed good ecological adaptability,but the growth difference between the clones was significant.According to the geodetic measurement and evaluation,from 65 tested clones.Among the33 clones 33,43,44,52,64,65,66,etc.,which had a larger diameter than the average diameter of 12.5 cm of all tested clones.(2)The 33 natural clones were screened for the natural incidence of anthracnose and black spot disease in the field.In the case of black spot,the incidence rate of 66,81,197,and 198 was more than 10%.In addition to the seriousness of the disease,the other clones showed better disease resistance;in the case of anthracnose,except for the incidence of No.69,which was greater than 10%,it showed serious disease,and the other clones showed better disease resistance.In addition,in the early stage of the research group,the researchon the disease resistance of the two types of diseases was carried out,and 9 clonal lines 64,65,71,86,91,92,100 with strong growth and excellent disease resistance were screened out.No.199,301.(3)Further,the average yield per plant of the nine elite clones was determined.The results showed that the average yield per plant of the nine clones was significantly different,and the average yield per plant was 64.301,65,71,100,91,92,199,86.Among them,the average yield per plant of No.64 was the highest,being 28.3 kg/plant;the average yield per plant of No.86 was the lowest,being 5.6 kg/plant.(4)The quality of 9 clonal fresh fruits was 6 times,such as the difficulty of fresh fruit extraction,the thickness of inner seed coat,the color of inner seed coat,the difficulty of peeling the inner seed coat,the taste of inner seed coat and the taste of nuts.Determination of indicators.According to the comprehensive evaluation,the thickness of the seed coat in No.64 is only 0.09 mm,and the thickness of the seed coat in No.91 is 0.14 mm,and the seed coats in these two clones have no astringency,and the kernel is easy to be tasted,and the taste of the nuts is sweet.Suitable for fresh food development.(5)Appearance indicators(single fruit weight,three-way diameter,suture height,fruit tip height)and other indicators for the quality of 9 clones of dried fruit(seed plumpness,difficulty in taking,shell thickness,taste,endocarp)Evaluation of color,protein content,fat content).Among them,the protein content of No.65 is 17.38%,and the protein content of No.100 is 17.46%,which is suitable for the development of walnut milk and other products;the fat content of 65 is 65.40%,and the fat content of No.199 is 65.75%,which is suitable for development as walnut oil.71,301 can be used as ordinary edible dried fruit... |
