In this experiment,the rice variety Quanyouhuazhan is used as the test material.From October 2016 to October 2018,the fixed-point positioning experiment was carried out in Santai and Meishan.The main research for the effects of rice and rape annual rotation on soil characteristics,agronomic traits and yield formation of direct seeding rice were studied.The test uses split zone design.The main area factor is rapeseed tillage method(A1: rotary tillage,A2: no-tillage,A3: tillage),and the secondary zone factor is rice tillage method(B1: tillage,B2: rotary tillage,B3: No-till).The results of two years of research are as follows:1.In terms of soil properties,in Santai and Meishan,in terms of whole plough layer,the soil p H of rapeseed no-tillage-rice tillage(T4)and rapeseed tillage-rice rotary tillage(T8)is more suitable for direct seeding rice growth than control.The soil bulk density of rapeseed no-tillage-rice tillage(T4)and rapeseed no-tillage-rice no-tillage(T6)treatment decreased by 5.44% and 6.05%,respectively.2.In terms of agronomic traits of direct seeding rice,in the Santai,compared with the control,rapeseed no-tillage-rice rotary tillage(T5)treatment can increase the number of direct seeding rice tillers by 14.68%,rapeseed rotary tillage-rice tillage(T1)can increase the chlorophyll content by 10.12%,and rapeseed no-tillage-rice no-tillage(T6)treatment is conducive to dry matter accumulation.In Meishan,compared with the control,rapeseed tillage-rice tillage(T7)treatment can increase the number of direct seeding rice tillers by 11.59%,rapeseed rotary tillage-rice tillage(T1)treatment can increase chlorophyll content by 9.28%,the dry matter accumulation of direct seeding rice under rapeseed no-tillage-rice tillage(T4)and rapeseed no-tillage-rice no-tillage(T6)treatment is higher.3.In terms of direct seeding rice yield components and yield,in Santai,rapeseed tillage-rice tillage(T7)can promote the formation of direct seeding rice,mainly increase the effective panicle,grain number and seed setting rate,and the yield of direct seeding rice by rapeseed rotary tillage-rice no-tillage(T3)treatment is the highest.In Meishan,rapeseed rotary tillage-rice rotary tillage(T2)is conducive to the formation of direct seeding rice yield,which can increase the effective panicle,panicle number and seed setting rate of direct seeding rice,and the yield of direct seeding rice by rapeseed tillage-rice tillage(T7)and rapeseed tillage-rice rotary tillage(T8)treatment are the highestIn summary,under the direct seeding rice and rape mode,rapeseed no-tillage-rice tillage can improve soil characteristics,but the different annual rotation methods have different growth and yield formation in the plain and hilly areas.In the Santai of Qiu District,rapeseed rotary tillage-rice no-tillage is conducive to the growth and yield formation of direct seeding rice;in the Meishan of the plain area,rapeseed tillage-rice notillage cultivation is conducive to the growth and yield formation of direct seeding rice.Under the conditions of live rice and rape annual rotation,the no-tillage in the rice season can improve soil conditions and promote the growth and yield increase of direct seeding rice.
