| Brucellosis is a bacterial zoonosis that is seriously threatened to human health.Brucella mainly includes Brucella abortus,Brucella melitensis,Brucella suis and Brucella ovis.Brucella can infect a variety of domesticated and wild animals,and it has a strong affinity for the organs of reproductive system,which can lead to abortion of the female animal and decline of reproductive capacity to the diseased animals.Brucellosis is causing serious economic losses to the livestock owners.In order to further understand the prevalence of Brucella infection in Liaoning area,this study was conducted on the porcine serum samples and porcine whole blood samples collected from large-scale pig farms in Chaoyang area of Liaoning Province from 2016 to 2018.Respectively,make the sample test by Rose Bengal Test(RBT),Microscale Serum Agglutination Test(SAT)and Competitive Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(C-ELISA)for Brucella in serological investigation,as well as multiplex PCR assay of Bruce-Ladder and Multiple Locus Variable-number tandem repeat Analysis(MLVA-15)for Brucella in molecular biological investigation.It was carried out to detect and identify the infection rate and epidemic strains of Brucellosis in animals.The results shows that the infection rate about Brucellosis was 26.24% of large-scale pig farms in Chaoyang area of Liaoning Province from 2016 to 2018,and the main epidemic strain of large-scale pig farms was B.suis in Chaoyang area of Liaoning Province.This study provides scientific basis for epidemiological investigation and research to prevent and control the epidemic situation of Brucellosis in Liaoning area,and confirms the existence of Brucellosis.To lay the foundation for the eradication of Brucellosis by combining vaccination of immunization and periodic detection to elimination. |
