Optimizing sow lactation intake, slowing sow oxidative stress and improving sow immune function are key to improving sow reproductive performance and farm profitability. The oxidative stress and immune function decline in the late pregnancy of the sow not only affect the sow's delivery performance, but also affect the feed intake during lactation, which in turn affects the lactation performance of the sow and the reproductive performance of the sow.Adding plant extracts in late pregnancy is an effective way to improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function of sows.Studies have shown that adding jaundice and honeysuckle extracts to pig diets can not only improve antioxidant and immune functions, but also improve feeding.Quantity, but the effect of different proportions and dose addition is very inconsistent, which may be closely related to the content of active ingredients, which needs further confirmation. Therefore, based on the existing research,it is necessary to study the appropriate combination ratio and dosage on the basis of maintaining the effect. The first two animal experiments in this study added different proportions and doses of honeysuckle and astragalus mixed extracts to the sows in the late pregnancy and lactating sows to observe the sow's litter performance, piglet growth performance, sow and piglet disease conditions to determine the extraction. The effective dose and ratio of the additive, the third animal test analysis of the serum components, hormone levels, immunoglobulins, antioxidant indicators, inflammatory factors and changes of immunoglobulin levels and milk components in sows and sows To study the effect of Scutellaria baicalensis and Lonicera japonica extracts on sows, and provide data support and reference for the production of Scutellaria baicalensis and Lonicera japonica extracts in production. The main research contents and results are as follows:Experiment 1 The main research was to add the effects of different proportions of Astragalus and Honeysuckle extract on the reproductive performance of sows.Seventy-five long white and large white sows with similar delivery time were divided into five groups according to body weight, parity and backfat according to random block design,ie CON(control group, basal diet,N=15);TRT1(CON+1.0)g / kg comprising 45% Scutellaria baicalensis extracts(SBE)and 35% Lonicera japonica extracts(LJE),N = 15);TRT2(CON + 1.0 g / kg comprising 50% SBE and 30% LJE,N = 15);TRT3(CON + 1.0 g / kg and comprising 55% SBE 25% LJE,N = 15);TRT4(CON + 1.0 g / kg and comprising 60% SBE 20% LJE,N = 14).The trial period was started from the 90 th day of pregnancy until the end of weaning, and the lactation period was 21 d.Sows were fed 2.7 kg/d of diet during the late pregnancy and were fed ad libitum during lactation.Record the main production and reproductive performance of sows. The main results are as follows:1.Reproductive performance of sows: There was no significant difference between the primary individuals and the recombination(P>0.05).Compared with CON,the feed intake,ADFI and milk yield of the sows in the TRT2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The incidence of TRT2 sow disease was significantly lower than CON(P<0.05).Compared with CON,there was no significant difference in the backfat, weaning backfat, lactation backfat loss and weaning estrus interval between the treatment components(P>0.05).2.Performance of piglets: There was no significant difference between the number of weaned pigs in each treatment group(P>0.05).Compared with CON,the number of weaned babies, weaning litter weight, weaned pig weight, litter weight gain and piglet daily weight gain of TRT2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with CON,the diarrhea rate of piglets in TRT2 was significantly lower(P<0.05).Summary: In general,TRT2(50% SBE and 30% LJE)is a suitable ratio to improve the reproductive performance of sows.Test 2 Further study of the effect of the appropriate ratio of Scutellaria baicalensis and Lonicera japonica extracts(SLE)on the reproductive performance of the sow.Seventy-five long sows with similar delivery times were divided into five groups according to body weight, parity and recitation according to randomized block design, respectively(CON(feeding basic diet);0.6TRT2(CON+0.6 g/kg SLE));0.8TRT2(CON + 0.8 g / kg SLE);1.0TRT2(CON + 1.0 g / kg SLE);1.2TRT2(CON + 1.2 g / kg SLE).The trial period was started from the 90 th day of pregnancy until the end of weaning, and the breast was weaned for 17 days.Sows were fed 2.7 kg/d of diet during the late pregnancy and were fed ad libitum during lactation.Record the main production and reproductive performance of sows. The main results are as follows:1.Sow reproductive performance: There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with CON,the feed intake,ADFI and milk yield of the sows in the 1.0TRT2 group were significantly increased(P>0.05).Compared with CON,TRT3 fecal score had no significant effect(P>0.05).The incidence of 1.0TRT2 sow disease was significantly lower than CON(P<0.05).Compared with CON,there was no significant difference in the backfat, weaning backfat, lactation backfat loss and weaning estrus interval between the treatment components(P>0.05).2.Performance of piglets: Compared with CON,the number of weaned babies, weaned babies, weaning litter weight, weaned pig weight, litter weight gain and piglet daily weight gain of 1.0TRT2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with CON,the diarrhea rate of 1.0TRT2 piglets was significantly lower(P<0.05).Summary: In general,1.0TRT2(1.0 g/kg SLE)is a suitable dose to improve the reproductive performance of sows.Experiment 3 further studied the appropriate proportions and doses of SLE on the serum components, hormone levels, immunoglobulins, antioxidant markers and inflammatory factors in pigs and piglets, and the levels of immunoglobulins, milk components, and lactation intake in pig milk. The effects of reproductive performance.64 heads of white and white sows with similar delivery time were selected according to the variety, weight, parity and backfat according to the randomized block design, namely CON(control group, basal diet,N=32)and 1.0TRT2(CON+1.0 g/kg SLE,N=32).The trial period was started from the 90 th day of pregnancy until the end of weaning, and the lactation period was 19 d.Sows were fed 2.7 kg/d of diet during the late pregnancy and were fed ad libitum during lactation.Blood samples were collected from the sows for 90 days,on the day of delivery, and 14 days after breastfeeding. The components, hormones, immune molecules and antioxidant indexes were measured, and sow colostrum and normal milk were collected during childbirth and breastfeeding for 14 days.Conventional and immune molecules were collected and piglets were collected.15 d blood was used to determine immune molecules and antioxidant markers.Record the main reproductive and production performance of the sow.The main results are as follows:1.Sow reproductive performance: 1.0TRT2 compared with CON,there was no significant difference in sow birth, back weaning, lactation back loss and estrus interval(P>0.05).Sow performance, compared with CON,1.0TRT2 lactation feed intake,ADFI,lactation piglet weight gain and sow lactation milk production were significantly increased(P <0.05).Compared with CON,the number of weaned infants and weaned litter weight of 1.0TRT2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between weaned and weaned weight(P>0.05).In terms of disease status, the incidence of 1.0TRT2 sows and the diarrhea rate of piglets were significantly lower than that of CON(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in fecal scores(P>0.05).2.Blood routine: Compared with CON,the blood glucose and triglyceride of 1.0TRT2 sows were significantly increased(P<0.05).3.Hormones: Compared with CON,the prolactin and lactation 14 d prolactin and insulin were significantly increased in the 1.0TRT2 sows on the day of pregnancy(P<0.05).4,HOMA: 1.0TRT2 compared with CON can significantly improve the HOMA-IR level of sow delivery(P <0.05).5.Immune molecules: Compared with CON,1.0TRT2 showed an increase in serum Ig G at 14 days of lactation but not significant(P=0.53).Serum IL-10 was significantly increased compared with CON on the day of sow delivery(P <0.05).6.Antioxidant level: The T-SOD of the 1.0TRT2 sow was significantly increased compared with CON(P<0.05).7.1.0TRT2 sow colostrum milk fat(P<0.05)and 14-day lactation milk fat(P<0.01)were significantly improved compared with CON.Ig A(P<0.05)and Ig G(P<0.01)of sow colostrum were significantly improved compared to CON.8.Piglet serum: 1.0TRT2 was significantly increased in serum Ig A compared with CON(P<0.01),IL-10 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and Ig G was increased but the difference was not significant(P=0.06).Overall,the proportion of Scutellaria baicalensis and Lonicera japonica extracts added to the sow diets during late pregnancy and lactation was 50%/ 30% and the dose of 1.0 g/kg was beneficial to improve the reproductive performance of the sows.SLE enhances sow immunity and antioxidant capacity by regulating glycolipid metabolism and increasing sow antioxidant enzymes and anti-inflammatory factors in the sow's body, which reduces the sow stress during the late pregnancy and delivery to a certain extent.Pig reproductive performance;in addition, the performance of suckling piglets can be improved by increasing sow milk production and improving milk quality.
