Albacore tuna has become an important economic species in the tuna long-line fishery.The South Pacific albacore tuna is an important fishing target of China's pelagic fishery,which has a certain development potential.Albacore tuna is a migratory fish in the upper and middle oceans,and its growth is closely related to marine environmental factors.With the rapid increase of the scale of marine environmental data and production data,there is an urgent need to convert these huge amounts of data into useful information.Association analysis is an important research direction and application branch of data mining,which can find inherent relationships of the data in a large number of data sets.The catch of albacore tuna is closely related to environmental factors.How to improve its fishing efficiency is an important research topic in the fishing industry.In view of the low efficiency of extracting valuable information from marine data,and based on the production data of the long-line fishing of albacore tuna in the South Pacific,this paper applies the association analysis based on concept lattice to the association analysis of catch and environmental factors,and conducts the following research.(1)Concept lattice,also known as formal concept analysis,is an effective tool to support data analysis.Each node of concept lattice is a formal concept,and its corresponding Hasse diagram vividly and concisely reflects the generalization and specialization relationship between concepts.In order to record the number of objects in the concept extension,the quantitative value of extension is introduced into the concepts.The quantized value represents the maximum number of objects in the extension,counting from one and incrementing successively.In the analysis of fishing situation,different environmental factors affect the fishing quantity of albacore tuna.In this study,the concept lattice is introduced,and the relationship between the number of fishing vessel and the catch and environmental factors is described with its object and attribute,and the concept lattice of catch and environmental factors is proposed.(2)An algorithm for association analysis of catch and environmental factors is proposed.By using the k-means algorithm,sea surface temperatures(SST),sea surface salinity(SSS),Chlorophyll a concentration and the catch of albacore tuna catch were divided into different intervals and marked by cluster analysis,and set as the attributes of the concept lattice,and mapping the interval attributes to the single value attributes to construct the corresponding concept lattice.Environmental factors can be clearly shown in the Hasse diagram of concept lattice.According to the target output required by the user,the support degree of the number of fishing vessels with the quantized value is calculated,the association between catch and environmental factors is analyzed,and the importance degree of environmental factors affecting catch is illustrated.(3)Based on the concept of the catch and the environmental factor association analysis algorithm,the fishery analysis prototype system was designed.This system takes albacore tuna as the data source,which is mainly composed of three modules: data clustering,concept lattice generation,and association analysis of catch and environmental factors.The target output input by users is taken as the input of the system,after the processing and analysis of the three functional modules,the association analysis of the catch and the environmental factor was arranged in order of importance,and returned as a result set.Using the production data and environmental data of the South Pacific albacore tuna for one year as the application data,through cluster analysis,the corresponding concept lattices of catch and environmental factors are constructed,and the Hasse of concept lattice is generated by taking high,medium and low catch as decision attribute.Comparing the results of the association analysis between catch and environmental factors with other studies,the range of suitable environmental factors for albacore tuna is basically consistent,indicating that the validity of the association analysis algorithm between catch and environmental factors and the feasibility of the prototype system.
