| At present,Solidago canadensis has been included in China’s forestry quarantine pest list,is likely to become after the inheritance of Eupatorium adenophorum another exotic weed,the urgent need to carry out research on the mechanism of the invasion,settlement and spread and ecological adaptability,develop a comprehensive management strategy to control its further spread,harm.At present,Alternanthera philoxeroides become serious pest harm.At present,about Solidago canadensis on the allelopathic effects of Alternanthera philoxeroides have been reported.In this study,Alternanthera philoxeroides were studied plant Solidago canadensis on the ground and underground organ of Alternanthera philoxeroides,allelopathic effect,provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of Solidago canadensis.This study used different concentration of Solidago canadensis on the ground and underground parts of water extracts of Alternanthera philoxeroides and rot spraying processing solution,plant Alternanthera philoxeroides under different treatments were measured in fresh weight.On the first day of the test with experimental method of extraction of the vegetation solution did not affect the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides;solution per unit volume of the solute content and more are on the hollow lotus roots growth plays a key role;solution per unit volume of solute content less three days after the onset of allelopathy in the experiment began after the experiment began six;day,the vegetation leaf is 0.1g/ml when the solubility of Alternanthera philoxeroides hinder growth effect is more prominent.Compared with the control group,the quality of all test groups of Alternanthera philoxeroides were not high,it is proved that the solution of vegetation leaf and root will hinder the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides;when the concentration gradient is 0.1g/ml,Solidago canadensis stems and leaves of Alternanthera philoxeroides significantly hinder the solution;in the concentration of 0.05g/ml and 0.1g/ml,the vegetation roots of Alternanthera philoxeroides obviously hinder solution.It is not difficult to find,the vegetation leaf and root solution of solute in solution increased hinder growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides had more significant effect,when the solution analysis of 0.05g/ml when the vegetation leaf and root level difference solution solution hinder the growth of the largest alligatorweed.Experimental method of decomposition test on the first day of decomposition liquid of Alternanthera philoxeroides allelopathy is not obvious;it is worth noting that the concentration gradient for the experimental group 0.0125 g / ml,the decomposition solution slightly accelerated the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides,in the experimental group the concentration gradient was found to promote the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides the role of;on the last day of the test,when the water part of the aboveground extract concentration is 0.05g/ml to promote the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides is the lowest.In 8 treatments,except at the concentration of 0.0125 g / ml,the vegetation can be slightly accelerated growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides,Alternanthera philoxeroides,other treatments in fresh weight were higher than the control group,suggesting that other concentrations of Solidago canadensis decomposition liquid of Alternanthera philoxeroides growth was inhibited;and the concentration was reached significant level 0.025,0.05 g / ml;the concentration of 0.025,0.05 g / ml,the plants on the part of the decomposition solution to promote growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides is the worst;when the solution concentration gradient of 0.025 and 0.05 g / ml,part of the underground the vegetation decomposed liquid can promote the growth of the alligatorweed.Therefore,S.canadensis underground and aboveground decomposition solution in the concentration of 0.0125 g / ml on the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides have slight effect;in dealing with the concentration of 0.025,0.05 g / ml on the growth inhibition of Alternanthera philoxeroides.In the concentration gradient at 0.025 g / ml level,on the ground part of Solidago canadensis and part of the ground under the decomposition of growth solution on Alternanthera plays the role of the different. |
