In the agricultural machinery production workshop,the production site data is mainly static data(such as material basic attribute information)of various production factors such as workshop personnel,equipment,materials,distribution vehicles and work-in-progress,and the dynamic data generated by the production activities(such as the real-time location and status information of the WIP),and the collection and effective use of the underlying data is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of agricultural machinery enterprises.However,due to the lack of real-time data collection and transmission means,managers can not fully grasp the overall state of the workshop,the underlying execution process is also like "black box operation" for the superior control layer.When external disturbances or production bottlenecks occur at the production site,it is difficult for the upper layer to formulate and implement disturbance elimination strategies such as scheduling and optimization of production planning,material distribution sequence and workshop manufacturing resources,and at the same time generate a large amount of waiting for waste.This paper draws on the idea of manufacturing the Internet of Things,and proposes a three-level management and control mechanism for the agricultural machinery production process,that is the control mechanism from the upper production plan to the material distribution to the bottom floor,and the "application research of real-time positioning and tracking technology in the agricultural machinery production workshop".According to the on-site data collection requirements of the workshop,a real-time positioning scheme based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)and UWB(Ultra Wideband)technology is designed,and precise positioning and label anti-collision algorithms are studied to ensure the accuracy of the hybrid positioning process;Positioning nodes and hardware devices such as UWB sensors,RFID readers,and mobile terminals are deployed to build a real-time data collection platform for the agricultural machinery production workshop according to the actual environment of the workshop.The comprehensive collection and processing of real-time location and status,activity time and other data of production factors are realized,and the underlying “data short board” is compensated.Based on the data support of the real-time positioning platform of the workshop,the real-time tracking and control schemes for WIP and material distribution processes are designed;The agricultural machinery production workshop management and control system is designed and developed on the basis of real-time positioning and tracking,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system,solve the "asynchronous" problem of business flow and data flow,and improve the digital and visual management level of the workshop.Through the successful application of real-time positioning and tracking technology in the agricultural machinery production workshop,the three-level management of the production process and the timely response to production bottlenecks or external disturbances are realized.Waiting for waste to be reduced or eliminated,and the overall efficiency of production operations is improved,ensuring on-time material distribution and just-in-time production. |
