Nowadays,the hybrid utilization of wild boar and domestic pig is becoming a new branch of pig industry,which plays a positive role in enriching the market and satisfying people's special demand for pork.Wild du hybrid pig?62.5%wild boar blood?is a hybrid boar with good body appearance,good body size,good growth and reproduction performance,good meat quality and strong stress resistance.Its comprehensive benefit is high,but the relevant experimental data are very scarce.To this end,we observed the body and appearance of wild du hybrid pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?.Growth and reproductive traits of 60 litter,486 litter and 456 litter were determined.30 wild du hybrid pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?were selected to determine carcass and meat quality traits.Intramuscular fat,flavor substances and amino acids were determined in 20 wild du hybrid pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?.And its resistance to stress is evaluated scientifically.Provide scientific and effective data for the future production of wild pig.The results are as follows:1.Body appearance:the wild du hybrid pig?62.5%wild boar blood?is covered with gray and black brown hair,with long bristles on its neck;The head is wedge-shaped with a wide forehead,straight mouth and face,and moderately inclined ears.The body structure is compact,the chest is wide and deep,the back is straight,the muscles are plump,the constitution is strong,the limbs are strong,the hoofs are black or gray black;Effective nipples above 6 pairs.2.Body size:the average weight and body length of the newly matched boars?about 7months old?of the wild du-hybrid pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?were 112.12kg and 114.81cm,and the average weight and body length of the newly matched sows?about 7 months old?were 101.62kg and 102.88cm.The average weight of adult boars?about 24 months old?was176.625kg and the body length was 145.66cm,while the average weight of adult sows?about24 months old?was 146.85kg and the body length was 124.28cm.3.Reproductive performance:the initial mating time of male and female du-crossbred pigs?62.5%boar?was 7-8 months old and the initial mating weight was 115kg and 100kg respectively.The average litter number of first-born sows was 9.88 and 9.23,and the weaning litter weight at 30 days of age was 54.5kg.The average litter size of sows was 10.62 and 9.53,and the weaning litter weight at 30 days old was 56.8kg.4.Growth and fattening performance:during the whole fattening period?20kg-100kg?,the average daily weight gain was 656.82g,and the ratio of meat to meat was 3.69.5.Carcass traits:when the body weight of wild du-crossbred pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?reached 100kg,the slaughtering rate was 75.7%,the average backfat thickness was37.97mm,the eye muscle area was 39.23mm²,the leg to hip ratio was 29.96%,and the carcass lean meat rate was 53.18%.6.Meat quality:muscle pH₁ 6.31,meat color score 4.27,muscle fat content 2.77%,dripping loss 1.03%,muscle fiber area 3389.65cm²,muscle shear force 6.88kg/cm².7.Intramuscular fatty acids,amino acids and flavor substances:the muscle of the wild du hybrid pig?62.5%wild boar blood?is rich in amino acids,including 8 essential amino acids and 9 non-essential amino acids.There are 23 kinds of fatty acids in muscle,among which the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid is1.333 and 0.486.Muscle contains 237 volatile substances related to flavor.No PSE and DFD meat.8.Stress resistance and high efficiency:wild du hybrid pigs?62.5%wild boar blood?have strong ability to endure rouse,which can reduce the grain consumption of pig production and promote the efficiency and cost saving of pig industry.Above all,wild du hybridization pig?62.5%wild boar blood?,body image,body weight is appropriate,fast growth and reproductive performance is good,high lean meat,and tenderness,good color,high amino acid content,high mineral content,rich in amino acids,fatty acid in the muscle,and related with the flavor of aldehydes,alcohols,ketones,hydrocarbon and other volatile substances,the resistance is strong,high comprehensive benefit.
