The research status of rotary tiller at home and abroad,research status of remote control farming machinery and other types of remote control machinery research status analysis,understand the research progress and design methods of various remote control agricultural machinery,on this basis,small hand rotary tiller suitable for working environment.Such as small plot,paddy field,hill,greenhouse,orchard.The existence of crops and fruit tree branches and so on lead to narrow working space,operational difficulties.The design and experimental study of the remote actuator of the micro-cultivator were carried out.The main research contents and results include:This paper adopts remote control technology on the basis of not changing the main structure of the existing micro-tillage machine,Remote control lifting steering actuator is designed,remote shift actuator,remote clutch actuator and signal receiving and other auxiliary components.The field remote control of micro-cultivator is realized.To improve farmer working environment,reduce labor intensity to have important sense.It can solve the problems such as narrow working space,difficult operation and poor working quality caused by the dense growth of plants and fruit trees and low crops.This paper has completed the design of the remote control micro-cultivator.The configuration design,machining,installation and commissioning of key components such as lifting actuator,steering actuator,clutch actuator and shift actuator are carried out respectively.The layout of power supply,switch,remote control circuit and other devices on the car body is planned,finite element analysis is carried out on key parts to simulate the stress condition and check the strength of parts.Field performance tests were carried out,the tests of straight driving,turning and rotary tillage in the field were completed.The test results were analyzed and the parameters were adjusted.The paper draws the following conclusions:(1)A remote control lifting mechanism is designed.The optical axis slider type lifting drive mode was selected,and the drive motor was selected to complete the machining and installation.The remote lifting mechanism can achieve an effective lifting distance of up to6 cm.(2)Remote steering mechanism design.The linkage mechanism of the linkage mechanism is determined and driven by a push rod motor.The machining and installation of the steering mechanism is completed.The test results show that the steering mechanism can be steered left and right according to the command of the remote control,and the steering angle is within ±40°,which can meet the operation requirements of the tiller.(3)Shift and clutch remote actuator design.According to the layout and space size ofthe micro tillage machine,the shifting and clutching remote control actuators are designed and processed,and the push rod motor is selected as the power device.During the test,the shifting and clutching mechanism can work normally,and the power can be cut and engaged,as well as the shifting operation.(4)Manipulating control aspects.The reaction time of the equipment is from 0.11 s to0.14 s without obvious delay,and the actuator is sensitive.(5)Through the test measurement,the average working depth was about 8.0 cm.The straight-line driving test was carried out in both the field and the road.The 20 m offsets were0.324 m and 0.202 m,respectively,and the running offset rates were 1.6% and 1.0%,respectively.The turning radius in the field is about 2.911 m.Through the research,the design and experimental research of the remote control actuator of the micro tillage machine was completed,and the remote control operations such as rotary tillage,cutter shaft lifting,straight walking,clutch shifting and turning were realized,which met the actual operation requirements and was expected to be solved due to the orchard and greenhouse.It is difficult to operate the rotary tiller in a narrow space.
