The industrialization of China promotes rapidly economic growth.Meanwhile,the ecological environment is damaged seriously.The frequent natural disasters and serious soil erosion have hindered the sustainable development of economy.Soil and water conservation monitoring is an important part of soil erosion control,which can provide data guarantee for soil erosion analysis,prediction and comprehensive control.However,the slow development of monitoring technology and inefficient acquisition and management of data can not meet the development requirements of information technology.In this paper,4G communication technology and modern Internet of Things technology are used to design a soil and water conservation data monitoring system based on cloud platform,which can transfer stably and reliably data acquisition to the standardized database of cloud platform,and realize the unified management and analysis of monitoring data.The main work and contributions can be summarized as follows:(1)The functional and non-functional requirements of soil and water conservation data monitoring system are analyzed by employing the requirement analysis of system in detail.Therefore,a four-layer system framework including physical device layer,network transmission layer,data resource layer and system function layer,is designed to realize system monitoring data acquisition and analysis.(2)According to the application requirement of soil and water conservation data monitoring system,the 4G network is selected as the system remote communication technology.the system remote communication network is completed by 4G combining with the Internet of Things communication cloud platform.On this basis,the data transmission mechanism based on TCP and communication protocol based on Json format are designed to achieve reliable data communication between remote acquisition equipment and cloud server.(3)The monitoring software is designed by using SSM framework detailly,and the function of data storage and query is realized through HBase distributed database.The running environment of Alibaba Cloud server is built,and the monitoring software is published in Tomcat to complete the software deployment on the cloud platform.(4)A data anomaly detection algorithm based on Kalman filter is designed to realize the abnormal judgment and display of remote acquisition equipment.Through filtering and optimal estimation of the soil moisture,the error of the collected data is effectively reduced.The system testing and practical application results show that the system has good stability and reliability,and can realize remote monitoring and management of soil and water conservation data.
