| Under the background of the country’s deepening the construction of ecological civilization and the implementation of the main functional division strategy,it is of great significance to study the optimal allocation of regional land resources,to alleviate the contradiction between economic and social development and land use in the process of rapid urbanization. This reaserch selects Xiangjiang River Basin as the research area, comprehensively analyzes the research results of arable land-construction land use transformation, driving force analysis and optimization allocation at home and abroad, and draws on relevant theories, using 70 counties(cities, districts)as the basic research unit, use remote sensing and social economic data, through SPSS 19 and ArcGIS10.2 software, use spatial analysis, spatial measurement and statistical analysis to carry out research on the transformation and optimal allocation of arable land-construction land use in Xiangjiang River Basin.Firstly, the characteristics of arable land-construction land use transformation in Xiangjiang River Basin from 1995 to 2015 are analyzed from time and space.Secondly, the transformation from natural geographical conditions, economic and technological development and implementation of policies and regulations single factor analysis was carried out,and with significant influence factors were selected by the least squares method(OLS)to establish a geographically weighted regression model(GWR)with the number of transformation. Finally, according to the spatial difference of transformation.the study area was divided in Changzhutan.the two states(Yongzhou,Chenzhou)and Loushaoheng proposed different strategies for their transformation and optimization. The main concludes are as follows:(1)The transformation of arable land-construction land use in Xiangjiang River Basin has a dynamic evolution law in time and space. From 1995 to 2015,the number of arable land-construction land use transformation in the basin showed an overall increasing trend. The number of transformations was the highest in 2010-2015,and the transformation range and speed were the fastest in 2005-2010.The number of transformations varied spatially from south to north.Gradually increasing, mainly distributed in Changsha County,Ningxiang County,Xiangtan County,Wangcheng District and Liuyang City; The transformation range and speed generally show a trend of from south to north.(2)In the single factor analysis with the increase of elevation, the farther away from the main stream of Xiangjiang River, the main road and the urban center, the lessamount of arable land-construction land use transformation in the basin. The implementation of policies and regulations on land management policies, industrial restructuring, and“four modernizations two type”also has a significant impact on the transformation of arable land-construction land use in the basin.Driving factors were screened by least squares method with significance and VIF.The results showed that the changes in the fixed assets investment, population,GDP and the proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries are the main driving factors. The GWR model was constructed to study the transformation drive mechanism of arable land-construction land use in Xiangjiang River Basin. The results show that:(1)Compared with OLS estimation results,AICc and adjustment R~2show that GWR is more fit better than OLS.(2)Four main factors have different effects on different regions in different study periods.Among them, the fixed assets investment has a significant impact on the transfor-mation of arable land-construction land use in the Xiangjiang River Basin from 1995 to 2005,and the structural adjustment of the secondary and tertiary industries has a significant effect in 2005-2015.The fixed assets investment, population change and the proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries were positively correlated with the number of transformations. The fixed assets investment showed a trend of“Northern High and Low South”;the population in the southern part of the basin was significantly affected in the South.GDP is gradually increasing from the central to the north-south direction;the impact of the ratio of the second and third industries on the transformation is gradually increasing from northeast to southwest.(3)Based on the characteristics and driving analysis, combined with the characteristics of its own development, the transformation optimizationplanwas proposedfor theChangzhutanurban agglomeration, the two states(Chenzhou,Yongzhou)and Loushaoheng. Finally, through the formulation of farmland protection policies, the overall utilization of construction land, the control of population size, and the continued promotion of the“four modernizations two type”strategic construction, suggestions for the optimal allocation of arable land-construction land use in Xiang-jiang River Basin are proposed. |
