When analyzing and studying the soil and water conservation related issues,to carry out indoor experiments mainly use simulated rainfall system and this method has been widely used and promoted.Through the simulated rainfall system,it is possible to carry out different types of tests such as runoff and infiltration of rainfall,acceleration of soil erosion on the basis of natural factors,and the data used for the test can be obtained in a timely manner within a specified period of time to ensure the implementation and completion of the planned trial.The study of simulated rainfall system is particularly important.This work and task is to complete the design and test of the simulated rainfall test system,based on the characteristics and requirements of PCC and design,the design of the system structure is completed,mainly including the upper computer and the lower computer;the upper computer of this system is Industrial Control Computer(IPC),the lower computer is PCC,the communication between them mainly depends on the CAN bus;The system simulates the process of rainfall to achieve the main use of PCC’s Automation Basic language,mainly consist of two different ways,combination and manual.By achieve of system of dual control mode(automatic / manual),this simulated rainfall system simulates rainfall with different distributions,intensities,and periods.Based on the study of simulated rainfall test system,the relationship between soil erosion and soil capacity was analyzed and studied based on different soil bulk density,at the same time,the effects of soil erosion were studied under different soil capacity and rain intensity.The soil erosion law can be accurately understood under different soil capacity conditions,and the soil erosion can be accurately predicted to select the most effective soil and water conservation measures.On the other hand,under different soil bulk density conditions,the mechanism of soil erosion dynamics was revealed.About the runoff and sediment yielding,the amount of sediment produced increases with increasing soil capacity and rain intensity,which also has greater erosion intensity.In addition,the larger the soil capacity increases the heavier sediment yield when combined with larger slopes and rain intensityAfter analysis and exploration,the simulation of rainfall device is applied in the experiment,can be quantified,on the relationship between the capacity of soil erosion and to the degree of soil erosion of the soil strength rule for accurate interpretation,as a reference and basis for more effective planning,governance,disasters,prediction of soil erosion of soil and water conservation,evaluation and management environment,for the artificial rainfall simulation device in the field of experimental basis.Figure33;Table8;Reference 46...
