Color is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of pearls.In this study,the metal ion content and internal structure difference of different color pearls in the same culture pond were analyzed to verify the influence of metal ions and internal structure on pearl color,and provide theoretical basis for improving pearl quality.The following research results were obtained:1.Analysis of Metal Element Content Differences in Pearls of Different ColorsIn order to study the influence of six metal elements of Mn,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and Co on the color of pearls,the spinnakers from the same breeding pond were selected,and the different shell elements were analyzed to be dark purple and light purple.The difference in the content of purple and white pearls cultivated in white pearl mites,and the correlation between the content of metal elements and the color parameters of pearl Lab were analyzed.The results show that the four metal elements of Mn,Mg,Fe and Co show the highest content in deep purple pearls.Among them,Mn is the highest content of these elements,followed by Mg,Mn and Mg in pearls of other colors.Also have a higher content;the darker the pearl color,the higher the content of Fe and Mg;Cu is slightly reflected in the pearl enamel whose inner shell color is light purple,and the other groups have no detectable content,Zn is in all colors.No content was detected in the pearls.Correlation analysis between the content of metal elements and the color parameters of pearls showed that the Fe content of the pearls in each color group was positively correlated with the dE value(R2>0.80),and the Mg content was negatively correlated with the L value(R2 >0.80).The Mn content was positively correlated with the a value(R2>0.6).Only in the dark sputum group,the negative correlation between the Co content of the pearl and the L value was the highest(R2 > 0.9).2.Analysis of Metal Element Contents and Differences in Different Parts of mantle and Interliquor of Hyriopsis cumingii with Different Shell ColorsIn this study,the content of metal elements in the outer membrane and interstitial fluid of different parts of purple,light purple and white spiny scorpion was further analyzed.The inner shell of the pearl enamel was purple,and the content of Fe was the highest.The dark purple enamel group had different coats.There was a significant difference in the Fe content of the membrane(P<0.05),and the content of the No.1 locus was the highest.There were significant differences in the content of Mn and Co in the mantle of the No.2 locus in different shell color sputum groups(P<0.05),among which white 蚌 Mn The content was significantly higher than the other two groups,and the content of purple 蚌 Co was significantly higher than the other two groups.There was a significant difference in Mg content in the interstitial fluid in the white sputum group(P<0.05).In summary,the color depth of freshwater purple pearls is related to the contents of Fe,Mg,Co and Mn.3.Analysis of Internal Structure Differences of Pearls with Different ColorsIn order to study whether there are differences in the internal structure between freshwater cultured pearls of different colors,this paper uses high-resolution scanning electron microscopy to perform deep purple,light purple,and white pearls respectively cultivated in deep purple,light purple,and white pearl enamel.After testing and observation,the size of the aragonite plate on the pearl surface was about 3.58-12.7μm,the size of the fracture surface of the white pearl profile was about 300-400 nm,and that of the purple and light purple pearl was about 160-280 nm.between.There are differences in the size and thickness of the aragonite slabs of similarly colored pearl enamels produced by different inner shell color pearl enamels;there are also large differences in the size and thickness of aragonite slabs of different color pearls bred by the same inner shell color pearl enamel.Through the observation of the fracture surface of the pearl section,the thickness of the aragonite plate of the same layer is not uniform;the thickness of the white pearl aragonite plate is larger than that of the purple pearl,and the arrangement of the purple pearl stone plate is denser than the white pearl.
