Chinese cabbage is one of the vegetables with the largest planting area in China.Chinese cabbage seeds,as an important part of China’s seed industry,have a low level of mechanized harvest,and most links rely heavily on manual operations,which seriously restricts the development of Chinese cabbage seed industry.At present,there is no special Chinese cabbage seed harvester in China,and the research on the cleaning device of Chinese cabbage seed combined harvest is a blank.Therefore,it is urgent to research and design a combined harvester for Chinese cabbage seed harvesting.In this paper,a kind of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning device based on the inner flow cylinder screen is presented.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:1.Study on the cleaning characteristics of Chinese cabbage seed extract.The composition,shape and aerodynamic characteristics of Chinese cabbage seeds were studied,It includes the measurement of 1000-grain weight,grain diameter,pod shape and size,short stem length and diameter,and suspension velocity of the plant,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of cleaning equipment.2.The design scheme of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning equipment test bed was determined and its working process was expounded,The structural parameters of cylinder screen,spiral auger,cross flow fan and other key working parts are obtained through relevant calculation.STSTAR-CCM+ software was used to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation on the cross-flow fan,and the air velocity in the cleaning room of the fan at different rotating speeds was obtained,which provided the basis for the subsequent air separation performance test.3.Analysis of working mechanism and influencing factors of cleaning device.The working principle was expatiated,and the force and movement of the ejected material were analyzed during the cleaning process.It was concluded that the main factors affecting the cleaning performance of the cleaning device were spiral auger speed,cylinder screen speed,auger and cylinder screen clearance,cross-flow fan speed,falling material Angle,air duct height and so on.4.Performance test of cleaning equipment.Taking impurity content and cleaning loss rate as evaluation indexes,the effect of structural movement parameters on cleaning performance was analyzed through the stem separation performance test and air separation performance test,and the mathematical model between test parameters andperformance indexes was established.DPS software and MATLAB software were used for data processing and parameter optimization,and the optimal parameter combination of cleaning device was determined.Finally,high-speed photography was adopted as the test method to further verify the cleaning effect of the cleaning device by observing and analyzing the cleaning process of light sundries by the cross-flow fan.The test results show that the cleaning device works stably and the cleaning effect is good. |
