Millet is a traditional superior grain crop,with high nutritional value,rich in a variety of vitamins and amino acids required by the human body,and has therapeutic effects on various diseases.Millet clearing is an important stage in the harvest of millet.A performance of the millet cleaning device directly affects the efficiency and quality of millet cleaning.At present,the millet cleaning device has problems such as high grain impurity rate and high loss rate of cleaning.Because of the residual grain in the material after the initial decolonization,the connection between the millet and the grain is strong,and the separation is difficult,resulting in the selection of millet.The cleaning performance of the device is obviously reduced.Therefore,the residual grain code in the material after the initial denitration of millet is one of the important reasons for the low performance of millet cleaning.In order to reduce the grain content and removal loss rate of millet cleaning,and to realize the function of clearing after the first grain removal code,this paper firstly studies and analyzes the biological characteristics of each component after millet priming,and cleans the traditional fan cylinder screen.The device was optimized and innovated.Then,based on this,designed and validated a new mill sorting device.The main contents are as follows:1.Determined the technical solution for the selection of millet.Mainly carried out domestic and foreign technical data collection,field research and related theoretical analysis,the suspension rate of each component of the initial desorption material,the composition parameters of each component,the difference of the components of the material in the beginning of the millet and the characteristics of the material of the millet,the corresponding technical solutions were determined.2.In order to study the mechanism of millet clearing,considering the characteristics of various components of millet,the problem of grain residue,complex structure and low wettability of traditional millet cleaning device,combined with the material characteristics of millet priming,based on the first delta code The principle of post-clearing and exploratory development of a roller-fan-cylinder sieve cleaning form suitable for millet cleaning,in order to eliminate the residual grain code in the cleaning device,enhance the moisture content and reduce the grain impurity content.And the total loss rate of the cleaning device.3.High-speed photography was taken.The high-speed photography method was used to observe and analyze the process of throwing and layering of the roll material thrown from the separated grain code device and the moving process of cleaning and separating the components of the roll material into the cleaning chamber.The scheme and the developed millet cleaning device were preliminarily tested by high-speed photography,and the separation and stratification mechanism of each component of the millet extract material was analyzed,which provided an analytical reference for the optimization experiment of the subsequent cleaning device.4.Univariate and orthogonal experiments of the roller mill type sieve mill mill sorting device,the grain moisture content,the feed amount,the rotation speed of the grain roller device,the centrifugal fan speed,The effect of the cross-flow fan speed and the rotation speed of the large,medium and small cylinder screens on the grain impurity content and the cleaning loss rate,the optimal working parameter combination of the cleaning device is obtained,and is carried out by the conventional fan cylinder screen cleaning device.The comparison test and the high-speed photography verification test yielded the actual cleaning performance of the cleaning device.5.Optimized the analysis of the operating parameters of the millet cleaning device.The quaternary quadratic quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design and response surface method were used to optimize the structural and performance parameters of the new millon cleaning device.The structure and motion parameters of each component and the cleaning performance index were constructed.The mathematical model between the rate and the cleaning loss rate)optimizes the experimental results to give the actual cleaning performance.The roller-type fan-type mill type mill sorting device has the characteristics of low grain impurity content,low cleaning loss rate,elimination of residual grain code,and adaptable.The study was further reduced the mechanism of low loss,low inclusion and miscellaneous cleaning of millet,further innovation of cleaning technology and further improvement of cleaning performance.
