In this study,the relationship between the sink and the source was adjusted by the treatment of leaf-fruit ratio(Ⅰ),ring-cutting(Ⅱ)and heat stripping(Ⅲ)on the wine grapes ’Beihong’ and Beimei’.Further analysis of the effects of different treatments on grape fruit quality,anthocyanin component and fruit anthocyanin synthesis related gene expression,the following conclusions were drawn:1.Compared with CK,increasing the leaf-to-berry ratio,the content of soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,sucrose,total phenol and total anthocyanin in fruits treated in ’Beihong’ and ’Beimei’grape IT3(20 leaves/truss)is improved.4.5%~34.2%,IT4(24 leaves/truss)treatment increase 12.1%~17.9%;titratable acid and tannin content decreased.The content of soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,sucrose,total phenol and total anthocyanin in the fruit of IIT2(ring-cutting)increase by 2.4%~25.5%.2.The IT3(20 leaves/truss)treatment of ’Beihong’ grape significantly increase the content of Malvidin in the process of fruit color change to maturity.The content of Malvidin in mature stage is 4.21 mg/g,which was significantly higher than CK,followed by IT4(24 leaves/truss)treatment;IT3(22 leaves/truss)and IT4(26 leaves/truss)of ’Beimei’ grape,it’s content of Malvidin are 3.79 mg/g and 3.63mg/g,both are significantly higher than CK.Under the treatment of IIT2,the content of Peonidin in ’Beihong’ grape is 1.3 times that of CK,and the content of Malvidi is also significantly higher than CK.3.The effect of leaf fruit on IT3,IT4 treatment and IIT2 significantly increase the expression of PAL,CHS,F3’H,F3’5’H,UFGT and MybAl genes during the veraison.And the transcription of PAL,CHS,UFGT and MybAl remainat a high transcription level during fruit ripening.In the heat stripping treatment,the expression of PAL,CHS,F3’H,F3’5’H,UFGT and MybAl genes in the color change period is decreased,but at the mature stage,the expression was up-regulated and the fruit ripening is delayed.In summary,the regulation of the library-source relationship changed the transcription levels of the PAL,CHS,F3’H,F3’5’H,UFGT and MybAl genes,thereby affecting the content of anthocyanins in the pericarp.Increasing leaf-to-fruit ratio(IT3 and IT4)and ⅡT2 increase the content of soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,sucrose,total phenolics and total anthocyanin in the fruit,reducing titratable acid and tannin content.
