As one of the special advantage industries in Ningxia,grape industry has become the pillar in this area.However,in the process of mechanization of grape barnyard manure application,there still exists many problems,for example,fertilization depth is not enough,the processes of ditching and fertilization cannot work simultaneously,fertilizer sowing amount is small,the capacity of fertilizer tank is not big enough and so on.These problems seriously restrict the development of Ningxia grape industry.combined with the pattern of grape planting in Ningxia and agronomic need of barnyard manure application,this thesis designs a grape barnyard manure application machine which is suitable for Ningxia region.Through improving the efficiency of grape barnyard manure application and reducing labor intensity,is hoped to provide sufficient momentum for the development of grape industry.Through survey analysis of grape planting mode and agronomic demand of fertilization,the functional requirements of the fertilizer feeder are recognized so that the overall design plan of the machine is determined.This machine is driven by a wheeled tractor and adopts pull-type hooking.The auger in the large-capacity fertilizer tank is forced to stir the fertilizer under the driving of the tractor's power output shaft so as to prevent the fertilizer from being overhand and realize a large amount of fertilizer discharge.The vertical spiral opener is placed behind the wheel of the fertilizer feeder and the opened ditch is not damaged,which realize the trafficability of the machine between the rows of grapes.This machine is an integration of the processes of ditching and fertilization.The design of the rack is modeled by SolidWorks.Through the analysis of ANSYS finite element software,the displacement deformation and stress deformation of the rack can meet the requirements of the working strength.The side bottom structure of the fertilizer tank is designed with a reasonable inclination angle,which is easy for the blanking of fertilizer.Double auger mechanism is designed in the bottom of the fertilizer tank to achieve a large amount of fertilizer discharge.Vertical spiral opener is easy to be installed and the opened ditch is deep enough.Less longitudinal resistance is caused by spiral opener.The screw adjusting mechanism is applied to adjust the position of the vertical spiral opener so as to adjust the depth of ditch.The spiral auger fertilizer feeder forces the fertilizer discharged and the uniformity is good.Adjusting baffle is used to adjust the size of the fattening port of the fertilizer feeder so that the amount of discharged fertilizer can be controlled.Besides,electromagnetic clutch is used to control the auger type fertilizer feeder,realizing the control of opening and stopping of fertilization.Through the experiment of grape barnyard manure application model machine,the machine can adapt to the manure with the granularity of 100mm and the water content of 35%.The fertilizer tank volume is 4m3,and the maximum fertilizing amount is 25.8m3/h.The average depth of ditch is no less than 50cm and its qualified rate is 100%.The variation of feeding stability is 4.3%.The maximal variation of feeding uniformity is 10.5%.Besides,there is no broken bar in the process of fertilization.The properties of this machine can greatly meet national standards and agronomic requirements.
