Chinese jujue(Ziziphus jujuba Mill)is an economically important fruit tree,belonging to the Rhamnaceae.There are over 900 cultivars,.Chinese jujube germplasm resources are abundant,However,a high rate of mislabeling in Chinese jujube germplasm restricts the sharing of information and materials among jujube researchers and hampers the use of jujube germplasm in breeding.This study survey and statistics of the main species number and distribution of Chinese date germplasm resources in Ningxia.With the methods of literature review,analysis of phenotypic traits of jujube germplasm resources,SNP loci for the red jujube EST sequence in the database development.Genotype identification and genetic diversity of germplasm resources were elucidated.The results for this study are as follows:1.There are 114 varieties of jujube in Ningxia,85%of which are from other provinces.The fruits of the existing varieties have a wide range of USES,including fresh,dried,dried and fresh,jujube production and ornamental purposes.Among the common diseases of jujube tree,the most susceptible varieties were 8,accounting for 14.91%of the total varieties.Among the resistant varieties,17 varieties were the most resistant,accounting for 14.91%of the total varieties.2.The variation coefficients of 10 characters of 61 jujube cultivars ranged from 14%to 36%,with an average value of 23%.Except leaf shape index,fruit longitudinal diameter was significantly positively correlated with the other 8 traits,while the relationship among other traits was complex.Principal component analysis of the top three components of the cumulative variance contribution rate of 83.78%can be a comprehensive index,jujube phenotypic traits based on phenotypic traits 61 varieties can be divided into three groups,the first Ⅱ taxa of optimum comprehensive properties.3.Among 114 jujube varieties,polymorphic SNP markers that revealed a high rate of synonymous mislabeling in the jujube germplasm collection in Ningxia,and a total of 17 groups of duplicates were detected.4.Model-based population stratification revealed two germplasm groups,which differ significantly between their core members.5.96 high quality SNP markers were selected from 192 SNPs,which could be used for the accurate identification of jujube varieties.6.Nano-fluidic-display technology was applied to fingerprint identification of jujube germplasm collected in Ningxia to provide high-quality SNP profiles for accurate identification of jujube varieties. |
