Chinafs eucalyptus plantation has a large area,eucalyptus grows fast,and the quality of wood is relatively stable.In order to protect the commercial forest resources and forest ecological environment in the north,the harvesting and utilization of southern eucalyptus plantations has been increased.There are a large number of non-purpose crops such as shrub weeds in the eucalyptus plantation forest,which seriously affects the working line of the harvesters,so that they can not clearly understand the working terrain of the cutting area,such as the topography and roots of the trees,and easily cause logging accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to clean up the forest before cutting.The forest land clearing work of the southern eucalyptus plantation has high efficiency of clearing forest,good clear forest effect,safe operation,and is more suitable for clearing forests such as mechanized operations.In order to adapt to the work of clearing forest of eucalyptus plantation,the special forest land clearing machine with good effect of clear forest and high efficiency of clearing forest has become an inevitable requirement for better realization of clear forest work.The woodland cleaning machinery designed in this paper includes a roller woodland cleaning device,a disc woodland cleaning device and a woodland cleaning device.The roller type forest cleaning device is mainly suitable for hillside areas with poor road conditions and complicated working conditions,and can also be used in areas with better working conditions;the disc type forest clearing device is mainly suitable for small slope areas or flat areas with good working conditions,Quick changeovers can be made with a quick change head.The woodland cleaning device is equipped with a multi-purpose skid-mounted vehicle.It can be equipped with two different types of woodland cleaning devices,as well as wood grabbing devices and skidding devices.The woodland cleaning device designed in this paper is mainly used for clearing forest land before cutting.The main research contents of this paper include:?Design research of the vehicle for cleaning the forest.According to the observation data of the investigation area,relevant mathematical models and mechanical models,the key parameters of the vehicle are analyzed and determined.Applying SolidWorks,the modeled vehicle is modeled according to the determined key parameters of the vehicle,and the model is simulated and analyzed under various extreme conditions.?Design research on roller woodland cleaning device.Based on the measurement data of the study area,the key parameters of the roller woodland cleaning device were determined.The three-dimensional model was established based on the determined key parameters,and the AN SYS and Adams simulation studies were carried out on the key components of the model.?Design research on disc woodland cleaning device.Based on the measurement data of the study area,the key parameters of the disc woodland cleaning device were determined by constructing mathematical and mechanical models.The three-dimensional model was established according to the determined key parameters,and the key components of the model were simulated and analyzed.?For the study of the mounted arm,the SolidWorks is used to model and assemble the whole forest cleaning equipment.The model was imported into Adams software to simulate the dynamics of weed shrub cutting.The force curves at each node of the arm were obtained.The most dangerous force points of each node were selected to perform ANSYS deformation on the boom and arm of the mounted arm.Simulation,analysis of the deformation of the boom and arm in various directions.The research results are as follows:C?The vehicle size is 3000mm×1600mm×2000mm(D×W×H),the maximum working slope is 21°,the minimum working mass is 3400kg,and the rated power is 48.8kW.The simulation results of the climbing straight slope and the climbing slope for the mounted vehicle are good,and the equipped vehicle meets the design requirements.?The width of the knife roll of the roller type forest cleaning device is W=160cm,the diameter of the knife roll is D=30cm,the number of tool holders is 58,the speed of the knife roll is n=600r/min;the total cutting power is P total-10.73-12.23kW,the cleaning efficiency of forest land It is 1.127-1.61m2/s.The modal simulation analysis and dynamic balance simulation analysis of the knife roll were carried out.The deformation simulation analysis of the tool holder and the tool was carried out.The simulation results were good and the simulation results were all in line with the design requirements.?The diameter of the cutter head of the disc type forest cleaning device is 76cm,the rotation speed of the cutter shaft is 600r/min;the number of blades is n=24,the height of the blade is 3cm,and the power consumed by the cutter head idle is P empty=2.2kW,which is consumed when the system performs cutting.The power is P cleared=6.28-8.23 kW,and the forest cleaning efficiency is 1.127-1.61 m2/s.The deformation simulation analysis and dynamic balance simulation analysis of the cutter axis were carried out,and the deformation analysis of the cutterhead and the cutter was carried out.The simulation results folly met the design requirements.@For the simulation study of the mounted arm,the maximun deformation of the boom of the disc type forest cleaning equiplent is 0.184×10-3mm,the maximum deformation of the arm is 0.225×10-5mm,and the maximum deformation of the boom of the roller type forest cleaning equipment is 0.001486mm.The maximum deformation of the arm is 0.24×10-5mm,and the deformation amount meets the design requirements.The result proves that the designed boom and the arm meet the design requirements.
