China is a country with a large population,rice planting area is large,rural labor force is declining year by year,and it is of great significance to realize rice mechanization.The mechanical spot live broadcast is a light and simplified cultivation technology model of rice.Although it saves labor,saves time and effort,it still exited problems such as full seedling and easy lodging.In response to these problems,this experiment carried out different live broadcast methods and different fertilization methods for live early indica rice to compare the effects on seedling emergence rate,yield-related traits and lodging resistance of rice.The main results were as follows:(1)The results showed that compared with surface bunch planting(SBP)and soil covering bunch planting(SCP),mechanical furrowing bunch planting(MFP)increased seedling emergence rate of early season indica rice,by 5.19% to 13.89%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,MFP was conducive to improving yield of direct seeding rice.Yield increase rate of the two varieties was ranged from 4.92% to 9.58%,and yield of inbred rice zhongjiazao17 was significantly different to the others.From the analysis of yield components,the increase in yield was mainly due to the synergistic improvement of effective panicles per unit area and 1000-grain weight.In addition,MFP was beneficial to improve resistance of plant and reduce lodging index,especially the upper internode;and it was beneficial to increase culm wall thickness and internode diameter of upper internode(I3),and it was beneficial to increase culm wall thickness and internode diameter of upper internode(I3),improved different internode’s dry weight per unit length,dry weight per unit volume of internode and lignin.There was positive correlation between internode dry weight and breaking resistance,and negative correlation with lodging index.Dry weight,and dry weight per unit length of internode were the main factors for affecting lodging.MFP could improve the grain yield of direct seeding early indica rice,and also enhance plant lodging resistance,decrease lodging risk.(2)The results showed that compared with surface fertilization(SF),furrowing fertilization(FF)increased seedling emergence rate of early season indica rice,by 5.27% to 11.06%.At the same time,FF was conducive to improving yield of direct seeding rice.Yield increase rate of the two varieties was ranged from 6.50% to 34.32%,and yield of inbred rice zhongjiazao17 was significantly different to the others.From the analysis of yield components,the increase in yield was mainly due to the synergistic improvement of effective panicles per unit area and 1000-grain weight.In addition,FF and SF was beneficial to improve resistance of plant and reduce lodging index,especially the upper internode;and it was beneficial to increase culm wall thickness and internode diameter of upper internode(I3);and it was beneficial to increase culm wall thickness and internode diameter of upper internode(I3),improved different internode’s dry weight per unit length,dry weight per unit volume of internode and lignin.In this experiment,results showed internode dry weight,dry weight per unit length and dry weight per unit volume had significant effected of lodging.FF were not just beneficial to improve the yield of direct seeding early indica rice,it also improved its lodging tolerance.
