Paris polyphylla,originated from the Liliaceae family(Paris L.),is a perennial herbaceous shallow root plant,mostly born in the cool and humid place under the forest at an altitude of 600?3600 m,the valley valley or In the lush grass,the underground rhizomes are used as medicine.This experiment is aimed at the technical problems of artificial cultivation of Paris polyphylla in the Dabie Mountains,monitoring and analyzing the environmental factors during cultivation.While the cultivation and management measures to improve the system and summarized in order to provide a theoretical support and technical basis for the artificial cultivation of Paris polyphylla in Dabie Mountain Area.The main test results are as follows:(1)By comparing the plant growth conditions and soil temperature and humidity conditions at various locations in the test site,it is concluded that the soil moisture suitable for growrth is 50%?60%.(2)By counting the emergence of plants and comparing their root growth differences,it is concluded that the suitable planting depth is about 5 cm.If the planting is too deep,it may prolong the emergence time,and the deep soil moisture is too large to cause damage to the plant roots;It is easy to cause soil compaction to affect the root growth and development of the plant,resulting in late emergence or even no emergence of seedlings.When ploughing the ground,the plough layer should be fully considered for deep turning.(3)In order to ensure the normal growth of the plants and the utilization of the components of the land,the plant spacing can be improved after the seedlings are planted in the winter according to the growth period of the plants.The suitable density of the plants below 3 years is 15 cm×15 cm,and the suitable density for the 4 years old is 20 cm x20 cm,suitable density for 5 years or more is 30 cmx 25 cm.(4)The winter temperature of the soil in the 5 cm soil layer was statistically analyzed,and it was concluded that the plant could avoid freezing damage during the planting at this depth and ensure normal emergence in spring.(5)Analysis of soil moisture conditions shows that the soil moisture in the area is good,which can provide a suitable humidity environment for the growth of Huazhong Building,and the living water spring in the test site can reduce the ambient temperature of the test field in summer and provide suitable temperature conditions for plant growth.However,when planting management,it should be noted that drainage work should be done during the rainy season to avoid damage to the roots of the plants caused by excessive water.
