Study On The Problems Of Comprehensive Prevention And Control Of Citrus Huanglong In Liuzhou,guangxi And Its Countermeasures

The citrus industry is one of the agricultural leading industries in Liuzhou,which has developed rapidly in recent years.In 2018,the citrus fruit planting area of Liuzhou,including tangerine,citrus shatanju,kumquat,ponkan,orange and pomelo,is about 57,000 hectares,its planting area and yield account for 77%of total fruit.Citrus Huanglongbing is one of the main influencing factors in the development of citrus industry in Liuzhou.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to strengthen the study on the problems of comprehensive prevention and control of citrus Huanglongbing in Liuzhou and its countermeasure.There is still neither effective treatment nor available disease-resistant varieties for citrus Huanglongbing.So far the most three effective means of prevention are preventing citrus psyllid,cutting down diseased tree and planting disease-free seedlings.Based on the current research situations at home and abroad,this article summarized and analyzed the main means of prevention of citrus Huanglongbing and its advantages and disadvantages.Through consulting datum to understanding the situation of citrus Huanglongbing in Liuzhou,mainly analyzed the situation of the construction of the comprehensive prevention and control demonstration zone of citrus Huanglongbing in Liuzhou.This study summarized and analyzed the main methods and existing problems of comprehensive prevention and control of citrus Huanglongbing in Liuzhou in recent years,the problems mainly include:the deficiency in implementation of policies and regulations,the shortage of efficient organizational and managerial functions,the lack of financial investment with later arrival of funds,the huge difficulty to conduct comprehensive census,the later start of establishment of the disease-free seedling breeding system,the poor supervision of citrus seedling market,the failure to remove disease trees efficiently in time and the shortage of high-quality professional planting management team.Then this article explored the countermeasures to the problems of comprehensive prevention and control of Citrus Huanglong in Liuzhou,pertinently brought forward some countermeasures from legal protection,policy guarantee,financial security,technical support and demonstration construction,with a view to establishing a long-term mechanism for prevention and control of Citrus Huanglongbing,effectively controlling the serious harm caused by Huanglongbing,maintaining the orchard to achieve the normal production for a long period under lower incidence of Huanglongbing,and getting better economic benefits.
