| A field plot experiment of rhizome wheatgrass(Agropyron michnoi Roshev.cv.Baiyinxile)was carried out,for the growth development influence with the key techniques of cultivation in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University from May 2017 to November 2018.The results showed that:(1)There was no significant difference in the effects of row spacing and seeding density of 12 treatment combinations on the emergence rate of wheatgrass.It had no effect on the phenological period of the sow year,but had an effect on the heading stage,flowering stage and seed maturity stage of the second year.The late heading stage were 3 to 4 days later than the earliest ones,and the late flowering stage were 5 to 7 days later than the earliest ones,the late seed maturity stage were 4 to 5 days later than the earliest ones.It had a great influence on the field density.The number of branches per unit area of the treated combination with the sown density of 300 seedlings/m+row spacing of 20cm reached 1981 branches.Seeding density and row spacing had significant difference on grass yield,and there was an interaction.In a comprehensive view,the maximum hay yield was obtained at the seeding density of 300 seedlings/m+row spacing of 20cm,reaching 6648.49 kg/hm2.(2)It is a new variety with long seed maturity stage.The quality of the seed was different in different period.Therefore,the suitable harvest seeds time from July 29 to August 10.The 1000-seed weight was up to 2.6g and the average germination rate was 70.9%~74.6%in these time.At the same time,the seed quality was different in different storage years,the best seed was stored for 1~3 years,germination rate was 81.0%~89.0%,seedling emergence rate was 57.3%~86.7%.(3)Rhizome wheatgrass(Agropyron michnoi Roshev.cv.baiyinxile)does’t resistant weeds at seedling.Under the condition of complete weeding,the growth rate,grass yield,regeneration height and regeneration speed reach the highest.In 2017 and 2018,the hay yield reaches 777.75 kg/hm2 and 3804.25 kg/hm2 respectively. |
