In the production and construction project,the topsoil stripping will be carried out in the disturbed area.The topsoil stripping is actually the process of stripping,storing,recycling and reusing the scarce soil resources of the top layer of the soil.The topsoil stripping is actually the process of stripping,storing,recycling and reusing the scarce soil resources of the top layer of the soil.Because the topsoil itself has the nutritional value of plant-rich,high soil fertility and the scarcity of its resources,the topsoil needs to be specially treated.However,after the topsoil is stripped,the physical and chemical properties of the soil itself will change and the project often only makes a simple physical and chemical evaluation of the topsoil,and the results are usually applied to the topsoil of the whole project.The adaptability of different plants to soil environment is not the same.The topsoil of different parts of the project will also be different.The physical and chemical properties of topsoil will directly affect the restoration of vegetation.Therefore,the research on the allocation of topsoil resources in soil and water conservation measures for development and construction projects can not only improve the utilization rate of topsoil resources,improve the recovery rate of vegetation,but also enhance the water conservation effect of plant measures.Therefore,the research on the allocation of topsoil resources in soil and water conservation measures for development and construction projects can not only improve the utilization rate of topsoil resources,improve the recovery rate of vegetation,but also enhance the water conservation effect of plant measures.It is of great significance to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the future protection of the environment,the allocation of resources,and the promotion of coordinated social development.In view of this,based on the analysis of the hazards and causes of soil erosion,this paper focuses on the site factors of plants,discusses the relationship between plant measures and protected topsoil,and analyzes the compensation effect of soil factors on other plant site factors and soil.The effect of physicochemical properties on plants.Finally,taking the BAO ZI XI Ecological Corridor Scenery Belt Project as an example,combining the habits of plants in the project area with the physical and chemical properties of topsoil,the allocation function of topsoil resources in soil and water conservation plant measures was demonstrated.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Topsoil resources are important natural resources,and topsoil and plant measures are interdependent and mutually affecting.2.The physical and chemical properties of soil and the ecological factors of soil have the function of compensating each other to other site factors of plants.Making up the defects of physical and chemical properties of soil can effectively improve the adaptability of plants to topsoil and improve the survival rate of plants.3.Empirical cases confirm the above views:The physical and chemical properties of topsoil in the scenic belt of the ecological corridor of BAO ZI XI are adaptable to plants,on the other hand the soil factors on plant site factor also has some other compensation function.In the overburden soil,plant should be based on plant habit to adjust measures to local conditions of the overburden soil configuration measures,these measures to make full use of the scarce resources value of topsoil,fast recovery of vegetation,improve the effect of plant conservation measures is of great significance.
