Beans are one of the most commonly used diets because they are rich in amino acids and other nutrients.However,the anti-nutritional factors contained in them can cause diarrhea in animals,or danger their lives in further influence.As a new type of feed treatment,pre-digestion has a significant effect on eliminating anti-nutritional factors.This experiment studied the effects of temperature treatment of germinated soybeans on pre-digestion against nutrient factors.The results are as follows:1.Soybean and germinated soybean were placed in a 55 ? oven for heat treatment.Glycinin,?-conglycinin and trypsin inhibitor were detected at0 h,1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,5 h.We found that the content of the three antinutritional factors was the lowest at 5 h,the content of soybean glycinin,?-conglycinin and trypsin inhibitor decreased to 94.5%,88% and 76%,respectively.The content of three anti-nutritional factors in germinated soybean decreased to 92.8%,85% and 71%,respectively.2.Each group of soybeans processed above was treated at 85 ? and100 ? for 1 h.Each group of glycinin,?-conglycinin,and trypsin inhibitor were detected.The optimum heating method obtained by the experiment was treated at 55 ? for 3 h and then heated to 100 ?after germination treatment.At this time,the three anti-nutritional factors in soybean were reduced to25.5%,21.2%,and 6.6%,respectively.The three anti-nutritional factors in germinated soybean were reduced to 14.9%,15.2%,and 4%,respectively.3.The full-price feed was pre-digested according to the optimized conditions,and the feeding comparison test was conducted in Beijing Huizheng Co.,Ltd.The test group was fed with pre-digested full-price feed,the control group was fed with normal full-price feed,and the test was found after 28 days.The meat ratio of the group was reduced by 0.42;the average weight of each pig in the control group increased 17.5 kg,and the average weight of each pig in the experimental group increased 23.9 kg.The averageweight gain of each pig in the experimental group was 36.6%.On this basis,the Taigu Lumu Company conducted a 92-day full-feeding comparison test from piglets to breed pigs,and found that the average weight gain per pig in the control group was 79.6 kg,and the average weight gain per pig in the experimental group was 93.2 kg.The average weight gain of each pig in the test group was 17%,and the combined feed-to-meat ratio was reduced by0.42.The diarrhea rate was 2% in the test group and 18% in the control group.The cough rate test group was 0%,the control group was 15%;the test group used zero antibiotics,and the control group used antibiotics normally;the cost of meat production decreased by about 0.7 yuan/kg.In summary,germination and heat treatment of soybean can effectively reduce anti-nutritional factors,which provides a new idea for the future removal of anti-nutritional factors.The pre-digestion process can effectively reduce the diarrhea rate,improve the survival rate of animals,reduce the ratio of feed to meat,improve the utilization rate of feed,and reduce the use of antibiotics.This will bring new opportunities and development to China's hog industry and feed industry.
