Investigation And Research On The Status Of Drug Use In Pet Diagnosis And Treatment Institutions In Zhengzhou

With the rapid development of economy,people’s living standard has been constantly improved.More and more pets are entering people’s lives,and the pet diagnosis and treatment industry is springing up.The pet diagnosis and treatment industry in zhengzhou has developed rapidly.By 2018,there have been more than 330 pet diagnosis and treatment institutions,including 233 pet hospitals and 97 pet clinics,including 193 in the urban area of zhengzhou.With the rapid development of the pet diagnosis and treatment industry and people’s attention to the health of pets,the drug use link is particularly important for the healthy development of the diagnosis and treatment institutions,which is of great significance for ensuring the healthy development of the pet diagnosis and treatment institutions.At present,the use of pet drugs in China should comply with the relevant provisions of the "regulations on the administration of veterinary drugs",which requires that pet diagnosis and treatment institutions must strictly abide by the regulations in the operation and use of veterinary drugs to ensure the quality of drugs and ensure their safety and effectiveness.At present,China’s pet diagnosis and treatment industry is still in its infancy,especially in the field of drug use.In order to further strengthen the scientificity and rationality of drug use pet diagnosis and treatment mechanism,the author in August 2018-march,2019,146 in zhengzhou city pet medical institutions in investigation,and to the city of zhengzhou animal health supervision know the pet medical agencies and law enforcement supervision work condition,face to face interview with the staff at the same time also won in their supervision and administration of medical institutions to work in zhengzhou city.Through field investigation found that pet decongestion fewer species,domestic medicine proportion is low,the purchasing personnel overall quality is low,choice of procurement chaos,pharmacy management personnel lack of qualification certification,drug storage way is not scientific,valid for drug management,veterinary prescription is not standard,non-standard,biological products using veterinarians relevant laws and regulations is not sound,pet medical institutions and drug use relevant laws and regulations is not sound,low enforcement tool configuration.According to the law of the People’s Republic of China on animal quarantine mentioned,the "regulations on the administration of veterinary drugs","professional veterinary management system","animal the measures for the administration of medical institutions of pet use requirements of laws and regulations,such as combination of pet medicines used at home and abroad experience,and pharmaceuticals using advanced management experience,put forward the standard of zhengzhou pet Suggestions and countermeasures of medical institutions and drug use:through the improvement of veterinary drug registration system,pet drug research and development enterprise support policies to speed up the development of the pet decongestion;Improve the comprehensive quality of procurement personnel,standardize the whole process of drug procurement in pet diagnosis and treatment institutions;Establish a special "licensed veterinary pharmacist" to improve the scientific storage of drugs;Pay attention to the management of practicing veterinarians,improve the standardization of drug use and operation;Improve laws and regulations on the use of pet drugs;Improving the preparation of law enforcement tools;Discussion on the application of "Internet+" in the drug management of pet diagnosis and treatment institutions.
