| Transportation exists widely in the production process of donkey industry.Transport stress causes low immunity,high morbidity and mortality,and brings huge economic losses.It has also gradually become one of the key factors restricting the development of donkey breeding industry in China.In order to explore the effect of adding"nutritious soup" and transforming transport vehicle to relieve the stress of donkey transportation,this experiment took Texas donkey after long-distance transportation as the research object,and measured the related indexes,the morbidity and death situation,and the weight change after the disease and death,and after the change of body weight.Through statistical analysis,it was confirmed that these two treatments had a good effect on relieving the transport stress of donkeys.The improvement standard of donkey and the prevention and control scheme of TSSD(Transport Stress Syndrome of Donkey)were established,and the experiment of popularization and application was carried out.Good results were obtained.In order to alleviate the transportation stress of donkey and reduce the economic loss,the reference guidance is provided in the production practice.The experiment is divided into the following three parts:Test 1.The effect of adding Nutrition decoction" on relieving the stress of Donkey Transport24 healthy Texas donkeys were randomly divided into 2 groups in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia.They were transported to a farm in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province after 21 hours of transportation.The experimental group added oral rehydration salt to drinking water before and after transportation and electrolyzed multidimensional.Vitamin C and glucose as the formula of "nutritional decoction",the control group was not treated,the blood biochemical,stress protein,hormone indexes,statistics within 15 days of onset and body weight change.The results showed that:compared with that before transportation,the control group had higher indexes on the day of landing,and cortisol(COR),glucose,(GLU),creatine kinase(CK),grain grass transammoniationThe levels of enzyme(AST)and total cholesterol(TC)were significantly different(P<0.05),and the concentration of adrenocortical hormone(ACTH)was significantly different(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the changes of CK,AST,GLU and TC were stabilized significantly in the"Nu4 decoction" group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of COR,ACTH and heat shock protein-90(HSP90)returned to pre-transport status within 3 to 9 days after landing,while COR,ACTH and GLU in the control group took about 15 days.The HSP90 content in the control group was about 15 days.On the 15th day,the body weight loss of the "nutritional decoction" group was 3 kg/less than that of the control group on the day of landing,and within 15 days after landing,the incidence rate of the "nutritional decoction”group was 16.7%,and that of the control group was 58.3%.Test 2.Comparison of effects of Transport vehicle on relieving Transport stress before and after revampingIn Beijing,28 healthy German donkeys were randomly divided into two groups.After 18 hours,about 500 km were transported to Donga County,Liaocheng City.The test group used top-top and double-side tarpaulins according to technical requirements.The patients in the control group were transported by ordinary unmodified vehicles.The blood biochemical,protein and hormone indexes were measured,and the incidence and body weight changes were counted in the control group and the patients in the control group were treated with the unmodified ordinary vehicle,and the blood biochemical,protein and hormone indexes were measured.The results showed that the COR,ALB detected at landing time was significantly higher than that before transportation(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in TP,AST,HSP90 between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two indexes(P<0.01),Ca(P<0.05),and the concentration of CK decreased significantly(P<0.05).For TP,AST and CK(P<0.05),compared with ordinary vehicles,the fluctuation of indexes can be reduced by adding tarpaulins,barriers and straw curtains,which can reduce the damage of muscle and liver.HSP90 recovered on the 7th day after landing,earlier than the 9th day after landing,and stabilized COR(P>0.05)and Ca(P>0.05(etc.).As far as GLU index was concerned,the difference between the two groups after landing was higher than that before transportation(P<0.05).Not big In terms of body weight,on the day of landing,the reformed train lost 2.4 kg/of weight compared with the ordinary group,and recovered to pre-transport weight on the 10th day after landing,which was 20 days faster than that of the ordinary group,and reduced the cold in the transportation process.Wind and other adverse factors caused by the donkey stimulation,accelerated the recovery of the body.The incidence rates of the two groups were 21.4%in the normal group and 7.1%in the modified group respectively.Test 3.The Establishment and Application of TSSD Comprehensive Prevention and Control Scheme.In order to explore the practical application effect of TSSD comprehensive prevention and control scheme("Pick Good Donkey","Pre-transport Health Care","Use Good Car","Transitional Feeding" and "Disease Prevention”),from March to December 2018,we participated in the national scope including Xinjiang,Hebei and Inner Mongolia.The transportation of adult male donkeys,adult basic female donkeys,pregnant female donkeys and donkey foals in Shandong and other places has been carried out for the popularization and application of the comprehensive prevention and control scheme of TSSD.Firstly,relevant personnel have been trained.Requirements strictly in accordance with the technical requirements of the TSSD comprehensive prevention and control scheme;The record includes the place of transport,distance and time,and statistics on arrival at destination 15 days incidence and mortality of donkey herd.The results showed that the application of comprehensive prevention and control scheme could effectively relieve the transportation stress of donkey,the mortality rate was less than 1%,the morbidity was less than 10%,the unnecessary economic loss was reduced,and the application effect was good.Conclusion:By adding an anti-stress "nutrition soup" formulated with electrolytic multidimensional,oral rehydration salt,vitamin C and glucose before and after transportation,the weight loss of donkeys after transportation can be reduced,which is beneficial to the recovery of the body and the improvement of resistance to disease.Reduce the incidence of disease significantly,in the production process of donkey industry,play a role in reference and guidance.Compared with ordinary vehicles,the modification of transport vehicle with tarpaulin,barrier and straw curtain can reduce the influence of adverse factors in transit,reduce the injury to donkey body and the weight loss after transportation,and achieve the purpose of improving transportation conditionsThrough the popularization and application of TSSD comprehensive prevention and control scheme,the data show that the scheme can effectively control the morbidity and mortality of donkeys after long-distance transportation in a lower range,thus reducing economic losses and alleviating transport stress.It can be widely used in the transportation of donkeys. |
