Police dog plays an important role in national security and policing activities.So the police dogs health problems,special ability to adapt the environment and physical endurance are increasingly becoming the focus of attention.As the further study of blood mineral elements and enzyme activity found that the mineral elements and antioxidant enzymes play an important role in maintaining health and stability of internal environment.In order to provide some theory guide on high altitude adaptation,police performance and health care of police dog,blood sample of healthy adult dogs from flat and plateau,and blood sample of police dogs under different feed additive fed were selected.By use of AAS,ICP-MS and AFS respectively,police dog blood trace elements of Fe,Ca,Zn,Mn,Cu,Se and plasma antioxidant indicator of SOD,GSH-PX and CK,LDH were measured and analyzed.Several conclusions were drawn as following:(1)The study initially obtained the normal range of Fe,Ca,Zn,Mn,Cu,Se content in the blood of five kinds of police dogs through the determination and analysis of test results.The health reference range of four kinds of enzyme of SOD,GSH-PX,CK and LDH in police dog blood respectively is 85.57±14.10U/mL,2342.42±605.37U/mL,0.3354±0.1281U/mL,2.626±0.763U/mL.(2)The content of Cu,Fe,Zn,Se in blood of plateau group police dog were lower and Ca and Mn content in blood were higher than dog in plain group?Cu,Zn,Se were highly significant difference(P<0.05),Ca and Mn were no significant difference(P<0.05).The content of Fe in blood were no significant difference in plateau and plain Belgian Malinois,but significant difference in Kunming wolfdog groups.(3)Excellent dogs blood have higher content of Fe,Cu,Se than ordinary dogs.Cu highly significant difference.Fe significant difference(P<0.05).Se was significantly different between ordinary dogs and excellent dogs in Belgian Malinois and Springer Spaniel.Ca,Zn and Mn were no significant difference between ordinary and excellent dogs(P>0.05).(4)The plasma SOD,GSH-PX in plateau police dog lower and LDH,CK higher than in plain dog.GSH-PX,SOD,LDH were significant difference(P<0.05),and CK was no significant difference.GSH-PX,LDH in plateau Kunming wolfdog were highly significantly higher than plateau Belgian Malinois(P<0.01).Obviously,Kunming wolfdog have the physical characteristics to adapt to the hypoxia environment of high altitude.(5)Through continuing determination of plasma enzyme activity of Belgian Malinois and Kunming wolfdog before and after running.It found that in the process of rest,SOD,GSH-PX,CK and LDH activity of Kunming wolfdog recovered faster than Belgian Malinois.It means that in the same conditions,Kunming wolfdog physical recovery was better than Belgian Malinois.(6)The back-propagation artificial neural network was established by using healthy and unhealthy Belgian Malinois date of enzyme activity and mineral element content for data fitting.This BP-neural network to data fitting degree is higher.Belgian Malinois health value can be predicted by it.(7)Through fed police dog Rhodiola and sodium selenite a month,the result found that Rhodiola and sodium selenite could regulate the disorder of free radical metabolism at plateau.Rhodiola can increase activity of SOD extremely and sodium selenite can increase activity of GSH-PX extremely.
