Lettuce has become an important leaf vegetable in protected cultivation because of its short growth period, high yield and easy to eat raw.Traditional photovoltaic power generation occupies a large amount of land resources, while photovoltaic agriculture performs photovoltaic power generation under the light demand of crop growth. In this study, two lettuce cultivars,"Mondai" and "Kristin",were used to study the effects of different optical interference films(Red and blue filter film and far infrared cut-off film)on the bioactive enzymes, nutritional quality and leaf ultrastructure. At the same time, broccoli and cauliflower were used as test materials to explore the effects of the photovoltaic system on vegetables under field conditions. The results are as follows:The red and blue filter film covered for 20 days.Except for Vc content of Mondai, the other nutritional indexes were higher than the control. The contents of moldaldehyde, soluble sugar and chlorophyll a+b in Kristin were higher than those in the control, while the other indexes were lower than those in the control. With the extension of coverage time to 35 days,SOD and chlorophyll a+b in Mondai were significantly higher than that of the control. The other indexes were lower than that of the control, and the content of malondialdehyde, soluble sugar and soluble protein were significantly different from that of the control.Besides the content of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar in Kristin were higher than that of the control, the other indicators were lower than the control. The far red light cut-off film covered for 20 d,the content of malondialdehyde in Mondai was significantly lower than that of the control, and the soluble protein content was significantly higher than that of the control, while the other indexes were not significantly different from the control;except for Vc in Christine was significantly lower than that of the control,The remaining indicators were higher than that of the control. When the coverage time was extended to 35 days, the activity of SOD and the content of chlorophyll a+b were significantly higher than that of the control, while the other indexes were not significantly different from those of the control. The indicators in Kristin were higher than those of the control, and the activity of SOD and the content of soluble protein were significantly higher than those of the control.Ultrastructural analysis of leaves showed that under the red and blue light, the chloroplast aggregation increased, while under the far red light cut-off environment, some cells of leaves were damaged, and the chloroplast granules was not obvious.Taking Kristin as the tested variety, the effects of red and blue permeable membrane on the cultivation of lettuce in autumn and winter were studied. The results showed that the growth of lettuce was poor and the yield was significantly lower than that of the control group. However, the anthocyanin index(Anth)and flavonoid index(Flav)were significantly higher than those of the control;with the extension of coverage time, the accumulation of POD?CAT activity, protein and vitamin C were higher than those of the control, while the content of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar content were lower than those of the control, but the difference was not significant.Field experiments showed that there was no significant difference between the yield per plant and total yield of vegetables grown under the new photovoltaic system and those grown under natural conditions, but the new photovoltaic system could provide about 23333 KW·h·ha-1 power generation under the conditions of normal vegetable growth. In summary, the new photovoltaic system has little impact on plant physiological indicators and nutritional quality, and can achieve effective power generation. This study has a role in promoting the development of photovoltaic industry in the agricultural field.
