Wheat blight disease and root rot disease are the main soil diseases on wheat in China.In recent years,with the Advancement of straw returning to the field,the harm of soil disease has gradually increased,and it has become an important disease that threatens the safety of wheat production.On the one hand,seed treatment can solve the hazards caused by the pathogens and pests of the soil in the seedling period.On the other hand,seed treatment can save the cost of using pesticides,reduce human,material,and financial resources,and increase productivity.In this paper,the effects of 14%prothioidazole pyrazole ether Ester and 14%thiofurolamide pyrazolidine on wheat blight and root rot and the safety of wheat were studied.It provides the basis for the subsequent registration,production and application of the seed clothing agent.1 Germination test of wheat seed safety bedpaper and indoor pot experiment resultsAccording to the bed paper germination test and the indoor pot experiment data,the germination rate of wheat varieties Luyuan 502 and tobacco farmer 19 after treatment of 14%prothionidazole pyrazole ether Ester and furolamine and 14%thifurolamide pyrazolidine was more than 85%,which was higher than the blank control.There was no significant difference in germination rate among the five treatments for sowing and storing 10d,20D,30D and 40D immediately after planting.The results of pot experiments of Nong 19 and Luyuan 502 wheat were basically consistent with the results of bed paper germination experiments,indicating that the 2 kinds of dressing agents prothione pyrazole and thifu-pyrazole were mixed with certain safety for wheat seedling.2 Activity of ?-amylase and polyphenol oxidase in wheat after planting with two agentsActivity of ?-amylase and polyphenols oxidase stored for 0 days,10 days,20 days,30 days and 40 days after seed dressing in two wheat cultivars,Luyuan 502 and Smokey 19 after treatment with 14%prothionidazole,pyrazole,furolamine and 14%thiolamide,pyridoxide and furolamine All higher than the blank control.3 Effect of different planting time on wheat seedling stage and ejection stage in field plot and field demonstrationBased on the field community and field demonstration test data,it was found that after planting 14%prothionidazole pyrazole ether Ester and furoamines and 14%thifurolamide pyrazolidine and furoamines,the number of tillers and plant height of LuyUan 502 wheat in the seedling stage were significantly different from the blank control.The number of tillers and plant height of wheat planted after planting with two kinds of medicaments were higher than that of blank control.However,in the five treatments for sowing and storing 10d,20D,30D,and 40D immediately after planting,the difference in the number of tillers and plant height was not significant.The results show that the 2 kinds of dressing agents prothione pyrazole and thifuropiazole have certain safety for wheat seedling.4 Effect of two kinds of clothing agents on root rot and blightAccording to comprehensive indoor potted plant prevention and field community prevention,the incidence of root rot and blight disease in 19 wheat and 502 wheat varieties of Luyuan were roughly the same,compared with blank control and pharmaceutical control.The control effect of 14%prothionidazole pyrazolidine and 14%thiothiolamide pyrazolidine was significantly higher than that of blank control and pharmaceutical control.After theoretical measurement,it can be seen that the yield per Mu after mixing of two kinds of clothing agents is higher than that of control.The field test results from 2017 to 2018 show that 14%prothionidazole pyrazole ether Ester and furamines and 14%furamides.The various clothing agents of furamides and furamines 2 are suitable for preplanting treatment.
