The development of tourism destinations has entered the image-driven stage.Image shaping has become the key to success for tourism destinations.The “Internet + Tourism” model has changed the traditional way of tourism consumption,enabling tourism providers and demanders to be accurate through the Internet platform.Quickly grasp tourism information and carry out tourism activities.This study takes Tianmenshan National Forest Park as a case study,and analyzes the tourism image from the perspectives of tourism suppliers and tourism demanders.The research data comes from the official publicity materials of Tianmenshan National Forest Park and the travel network of travel business websites,based on roots.The theory classifies the text materials into seven main categories: tourism attractions,cultural heritage,tourism reception facilities,tourism environment and atmosphere,festival activities and performances,comprehensive management,and tourism resource evaluation.The characteristics and content of the projected image and the perceived image are compared and analyzed.The following conclusions were obtained:In terms of cognitive image,the unity of projected image and perceived image is mainly reflected in the fact that the content of the tourist attraction mentioned in the frequency is relatively the same;the projection image and the perceived image in the festival activities and performances are considered to be Tianmenshan National Forest Park.The scenic spot is rich in festival activities,diverse performance competitions and attractive tourist destinations.In the evaluation of tourism resources,the projected image and perceived image all believe that the Tianmenshan National Forest Park scenic spot is a good ecological environment,harmonious and sustainable humanities.Development of scenic spots.The difference between the projected image and the perceived image is mainly reflected in the cultural heritage,tourism reception facilities,tourism environment and atmosphere,and comprehensive management.In terms of emotional image,the projected image is mainly positive and positive,and the perceived image includes positive emotion,neutrality and negative emotion.Among them,festival activities and performances,tourism resources evaluation are completely positive emotional images,tourism attractions,tourist reception facilities,The tourism environment and atmosphere,the positive emotional image and the negative emotional image in the integrated management are all the same,and the cultural heritage is mainly based on neutral evaluation.In general,both images are based on positive emotions,and neither of them has found a completely different emotional tendency.In terms of the overall image,the unity of the projected image and the perceived image is mainly reflected in: Both believe that the Tianmenshan National Forest Park scenic area is rich in tourism resources,beautiful scenery,local residents are warm and kind,the festival performance is rich,the experience items are distinctive,and the tourism safety is emphasized.The information is comprehensive,the ecological environment is good,the humanities are harmonious,and the scenic spots are sustainable.The difference between the projected image and the perceived image is mainly reflected in: special food,cultural heritage,climate and weather,service level and scenic area management,which reflect the official projection image.Missing or official projections of this information are not well perceived by visitors.Finally,it puts forward suggestions on enriching the connotation of tourism attraction,strengthening the propaganda of regional characteristic culture,expanding the propaganda channel of tourism image,improving the tourism service level of scenic spots,improving infrastructure construction and improving scenic area management.
