Aiming at the problem of mechanized afforestation on difficult sites,especially in sandy environment,a multi-functional planting equipment was designed,and a mechanized afforestation scheme combining ridging,planting,covering soil and seedling delivery was put forward.According to the working condition of difficult site and the plant object(eucalyptus seedling or shrub planting package),the functional requirement,design parameters and design scheme of multi-functional planting equipment are put forward.Therefore,the design scheme and realization mechanism of ridging and covering soil mechanism,planting inachanism and seedling mechanism are also determined.According to the soil pressure of the planting mechanism,the stress and display dynamics finite element simulation and experiment were used to analyze the soil pressure.The analysis results show that the tip and middle position of the duck's beak of the planting mechanism reach the maximum value near the insertion depth of 55 mm and the opening angle of 24 degrees,and then stabilize to a certain value with the minimum soil pressure at the end.Then the soil pressure of the planting mechanism is estimated,and the correctness of the design of the planting mechanism and the seedling mechanism is checked.In addition,the curve of soil pressure at the tip and middle of the duck's bill was fitted,and the coefficient of determination was more than 0.95.According to the soil pressure on the duckbill of the planting mechanism,the strength of the duckbill was analyzed to determine that the objective of the optimization design was to reduce the weight of the duckbill.The mathematical model of mechanical optimization design is established,and the key components of the optimized device meet the strength requirements.The power consumption of multi-functional seedling mechanism was analyzed.The maximum power consumption of planting device and seedling feeding device was 40 kw,which provided reference for the design of hydraulic system of multi-functional planting equipment.
