Dendrolimus tabulaeformis Tsai et Liu is important pine forest pests. The pest is native in north of China, and its occurrence area is extending in every year, posing a serious threat to the survival and ecological construction of pine forests.Sex pheromone lures has been widely used in the forest. But the application of sex pheromone in the forest is not perfect. So far, there is no ideal way to assess its sexual attraction. In addition, the larvae of D.punctatus are the main pest-endangering states. When it happens rampant, the needles are eaten out, needing to cooperate with chemical control. The study on larva spatial pattern will provide important information for the effective use of chemical pesticides.Based on this, this paper studies the technology optimization of sex pheromone attractant, the effect evaluation of sexual inducement technique and the spatial distribution pattern of larva of D.tabulaeformis.1.In the study of the trapping quantity of four kinds of shape traps,it was found that the trapping of the Big ship-shaped trap was the largest. In the study of three kinds of color traps,it was found that the trapping of black traps was the largest. The difference among green and black were not significant. In the study of the trapping of three kinds of hanging height traps,it was found that the trap with the height of 1.7 m was the largest.A combination experiments of three factors, such as shape, color and height of the trap, were carried out by orthogonal test method. It is found that the biggest trapping is the 1.7 m,Green and big ship-shaped trap.In the trap radius experiment,it is found that the trapping radius of the lure core were 35 m,but there were less moths in the trap.In the experiment of inducing the core residue,it was found that the attractiveness of lures of D.Punctatus was up to 24 d.2.The difference of reproductive system between male and female of D.Punctatus was determined by the results of laboratory anatomy.According to the results of the reproductive system morphology of mated and unmated moths,74.5%males did not mate in the field. This shows that sex pheromone trapping could suppress the number of male adults and reduced the mating probability of D.punctatus.3.By investigating the spatial distribution pattern of larvae of D.punctatus, larvae were aggregated distribution and distributed in the middle and lower layers of Pinus tabulaeformis. The distribution of larvae has obvious spatial dependence, and the spatial dependence range increases with the increase of the degree of victimization. The spatial distribution map generated by kriging interpolation showed that larvae had obvious aggregation centers in the spatial distribution. Moreover,in the sample land of the experiment, the aggregation centers are distributed on the slopes with larger forest canopy density, and the larvae spread from woodland slopes to the whole woodland.
