In recent years,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has been developed and applied in different fields.The characteristics of UAV make it suitable for image acquisition in complex environment.In the past,the application of image processing to the forest images is unilateral:For example,forest fire monitoring,forest pest detection.There is no image processing system can comprehensive analysis of forest land resources yet.This paper is to use unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)to collect forest land images,establish a system to carry on comprehensive forest land resources analysis of artificial forest images captured by UAV.In this paper,to understand the actual needs of tree farmers on the forest land resources analysis through the actual investigation of artificial forest land,design a system that use forest land images obtained by UAV for image analysis and application.System can obtain data such as forest canopy density,plant density,round degree of plant,forest missing trees and forest health condition through analysis.It can reduce tree farmers' manpower and material resources in forest management.The data can also provide reference for the further evaluation of other forest land resources.At the same time,the system can also provide reference for the establishment of other forest resources evaluation system.
