Rice is the main food crop in China and is the staple food of more than half of China's population.With the development of China's economic level,the demand for rice from the national to the health of eating,the research on the functional rice supply of the high-end rice industry has gradually been put on the agenda,functional rice has a high quality nutritional structure an d a rich supply of nutrients,At the same time,it has some high-end health care functions,which have a good effect on the prevention and treatment of some diseases.The development of functional rice is also promising due to the strong demand for functio nal rice.Therefore,the identification of functional nutrient quality traits of existing rice germplasm resources,screening of germplasm rich in functional nutrients,can provide excellent materials for functional rice breeding;analysis of functional nutrient quality traits and appearance quality,rice quality The relationship between the traits can provide an important reference for the screening and identification of functional nutritional quality traits.In this study,108 rice varieties were used as experimental materials to analyze the four functional nutrients,resistant starch,gluten,total flavonoids and ?-aminobutyric acid in rice,and to determine the grain length,grain width and aspect ratio.Appearance,rice milling and nutritional quality traits such as brown rice rate,1000-grain weight,protein content,and amylose content,and related analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The main findings are as follows:(1)Determination of functional nutrients and other quality traits of 108 rice varieties,resistant starch,gluten,total flavonoids,GABA,grain length,grain width,aspect ratio,brown rice rate,1000-grain weight,in 2017 and 2018 The 11 traits such as amylose and protein content did not change much,and the content during the interannual period was relatively stable.(2)Correlation analysis of functional nutrient quality and other traits of 108 test materials showed that glutenin content was significantly negatively correlated with GABA content;aspect ratio was positively correlated with grain length;brown rice rate was significantly positively correlated with grain width There was a significant negative correlation with the aspect ratio;1000-grain weight was positively correlated with grain length,10 00-grain weight was significantly positively correlated with brown rice rate;protein content was significantly negatively correlated with gluten content;brown rice rate and resistant starch and total flavonoid content were extremely significant Correlation,there is a significant positive correlation between brown rice rate and GABA.(3)Principal component analysis of functional nutrient quality traits and other traits of the test materials showed that the first principal component was a grain length fact or,the second principal component was a grain width factor,and the third principal component was a brown rice rate factor.The fourth principal component is resistant starch factor,the fifth principal component amylose factor,and the sixth principal component is total flavonoid factor,and the cumulative contribution rate is 73.13%.According to the six main components,the functional nutritional quality and appearance quality of rice Comprehensive evaluation of traits is objective and effective.(4)The functional nutrient quality and appearance quality of 108 test materials were determined.The varieties with high resistant starch content were selected as hypoglycemic rice,Sui 098038,Puyou black pearl,AC-1,P121;gluten content The extremely low varieties are Longxiangdao No.1,Giant Embryo Qingxiang,Hongqi No.4,Wanxuan No.4,Black Rice;the varieties with extremely high total flavonoids are Dongnong 425,Rouge Rice,Xiaohei Rice,AC-1.Longxiangdao No.12;the varieties with high GABA content are X iangmang rice,white light,dark red rice,B137,red rice;at the same time,the varieties with two or more excellent functional nutritional quality traits are selected as AC.-1,glutinous rice,fragrant rice and B137.(5)Cluster analysis of 108 rice germplasms was divided into 3 categories.The first category included 7 comprehensive quality traits of Dongnong 425,Guanshan,L-2,L-1,Xiangmang,P121 and Hongjian 4.Good varieties are suitable for breeding as functional nutritious rice varieties;the second category includes 25 varieties,functional nutrient quality and other quality traits are better overall;the third category includes 76 varieties,the functional nutrient quality content is overall Low,other quality traits are average..
