Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)is the main vegetable crop cultivated in China.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the increase in consumer demand,the cultivation area of cucumber has been increasing,and its production has developed in the direction of specialization and intensification.However,due to the limitation of resources and environmental conditions,the continuous cropping obstacles of cucumber cultivation were serious.Therefore,how to improve the environmental conditions,alleviate the soil-borne diseases caused by continuous cropping,and improve the yield and quality of cucumber have become urgent problems to be solved.The study found that covered the film can regulate the soil environment and increase the yield,the fungicides in the bactericidal films and the main active substances of the chili powder also have a certain antibacterial effect,but there are few reports on bactericidal films.In this study,cucumber was used as the research material to study the effects of white bactericidal film,black bactericidal film and ordinary transparent film on the growth of cucumber and soil environment,and provide theoretical basis for the application of bactericidal films in agriculture.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The spring covered with films had significant effects on the morphological indexes and yield per plant of cucumber,the yield of white bactericidal film and ordinary transparent films was significantly higher than that of black bactericidal film.2.The spring covered with bactericidal films could significantly reduced the incidence and disease index of continuous cucumber powdery mildew and downy mildew.3.The spring covered with bactericidal films could significantly increased the soil EC value and the soil temperature and humidity of 14 days and 28 days after cucumber planting.White bactericidal film was significantly increased the soil dehydrogenase,neutral phosphatase and urease activities,and increased the abundance of soil bacteria and Bacillus,while significantly reduced the activity of soil catalase.The abundance of soil fungi and bacteria in black bactericidal film was significantly reduced.4.The results of removed the film in autumn showed that covered with films had no significant effect on plant growth,disease and soil temperature and soil water content,and could significantly increase soil urease and neutral phosphatase activities.Black bactericidal film significantly improved cucumber plant yield.In summary,bactericidal films could effectively reduced the incidence and disease index of cucumber in the early stage of the disease.White bactericidal film and ordinary transparent film had significant effects on yield per plant and soil enzyme activity,and black bactericidal film could significantly reduced the abundance of soil fungi and bacteria,and significantly increase the yield per plant of cucumber.
