Study On The Resistance Of Sagittaria Trifolia L. Populations From Heilongjiang Province To Propoxazosulfuron

S.trifolia L.is a malignant weed in rice fields in Heilongjiang Province,which has seriously damaged rice yield in recent years.Propyrisulfuron,an ALS inhibitor.In 2014,it was registered and used in China.some S.trifolia L.populations in Heilongjiang Province showed suspected resistance to it.The whole-plant bioassays were used to determine the resistance level of S.trifolia L.populations from Heilongjiang Province to propyrisulfuron.The target genes of the resistance of the five S.trifolia L.populations were analyzed by molecular biology techniques.The whole-plant bioassays were used to determine the cross-resistances between the two S.trifolia L.populations to propyrisulfuron and different ALS inhibitors.The chemical control technology of S.trifolia L.were targeted by pot method.The main results were as follows: 1.The resistant level detection to Propyrisulfuron in different S.trifolia L.populationsThe results showed that the S.trifolia L.populations in parts of Heilongjiang province had already developed different resistant level to Propyrisulfuron.The Resistance indexes(RIs)were 20.47,23.23,34.59,15.75 and 11.32 for Yunshan farm,856 farm,Mishan City,Huanan County Jiamusi City and Tangyuan Country Jimusi City,respectively.They belonged to high resistance.The Resistance indexes(RIs)were7.78,7.02 and 5.74 for Suihua City,Gannan Country Qiqihaer City,Shangzhi City.They belonged to low resistance.Compared with the susceptible population,the acetolactate synthase(ALS)genes of Yunshan farm,856 farm,Mishan City,Huanan County Jiamusi City and Tangyuan Country Jimusi City all had different mutations at Pro197.The amino acid substitution for Tangyuan Country Jimusi City population was Pro-197-Thr,and that for Yunshan farm,856 farm,Mishan City,Huanan County Jiamusi City populations was Pro-197-Ser.2.cross-resistances between the two S.trifolia L.populations to propyrisulfuron and different ALS inhibitorsThe results of cross-resistance showed that the S.trifolia L.population of Yushan farm produced cross-resistance to Bensulfuron-methyl(SU),Propyrisulfuron(SU)and Penoxsulam(TP),and no interaction with Pyribenzoxim(PTB).the S.trifolia L.population of Tangyuan Country Jimusi City produced cross-resistance to Bensulfuron-methyl(SU)and Propyrisulfuron(SU),and no interaction with Pyribenzoxim(PTB)and Penoxsulam(TP).3.Chemical control of S.trifolia L.populationsSoil-treatment Herbicide:The order of inhibition of the S.trifolia L.aboveground was as follows: Pyraclonil>Topstar>Oxadiazon>Bensulfuron-methy.Pyraclonil and Topstar had the best inhibitory effect on the corms.Leaf-treated Herbicides:florpyrauxifen-benzyl had the best inhibitory effect on the S.trifolia L..
