Although the development of China's rabbit industry has obtained considerable achievement,it is still in the initial stage of industrial development.Disease prevention and feed resources become the key issues affecting the development of China's rabbit industry.Many studies in the cross-field of nutrition and disease play important roles to control the infectious diseases.L-arginine can reduce the immune stress and increase the survival rate of young rabbits.The problem of food shortages in the world today is becoming increasingly prominent.Enzyme preparation in non-grain feed can decrease the cost of young rabbits feed,improve breeding benefit,develope feed resources,and reduce the contradiction between human beings and livestock for food.The aim of this study was to evaluate and investigate the application and promotional value of L-arginine and enzyme preparation in the rabbit production.Experiment 1 The effect of arginine on lipopolysaccharide-induced immunological stress on rabbitThe effect of arginine on lipopolysaccharide-induced immunological stress on rabbit was investigated.In this study,one hundred 35-day-old rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups A,B,C and D,respectively(25 rabbits per group).The study investigated the effect of arginine on the production performance,blood biochemical indexes and internal organs index of the lipopolysaccharide-treated rabbit(35 old days,527.6±0.63g).This study was divided into four groups based on two factor design:(A)blank control:0.9%physiological saline + basic diet;(B)stress group:LPS + basic diet;(C)0.3%Arg group:LPS+0.3%Arg+ basic diet;(D)0.6%Arg group:LPS+0.6%Arg+basic diet.The results showed that LPS stimulation influenced the development of young rabbit growth performance and made changes in internal organs,immune organ and blood biochemical.The addition of 0.3%or 0.6%L-arginine in feedstuff can alleviate the adverse effect of immunological stress on growth capability and internal organ development of young rabbitExperiment 2 The effect of adding enzymic preparations into feed on young rabbit production performance.In this study,120 rex rabbits were randomly divided into four groups.The control group was fed with 20%corn and 14%soybean meal.The basal diet of experiment group ?was supplemented with 10%barley and 7%rapeseed meal instead of 50%corn and soybean meal respectively,50%of basal diet was not added enzyme.On the basis of experimental group ?,experimental group ? was added 200g/T enzyme preparation and experimental group ? was added 400g/T enzyme preparation.Compared with the control group,the total weight gain and the daily gain of the experimental group ? was decreased by 4.34%and 4.35%respectively.Meanwhile,the feed reward and the diarrhea rate increased by 0.7%and 6.67%respectively.Compared with the group ?,the total weight gain of group? and ? increased by 7.17%and 8.8%respectively,and the daily gain of group ? and ?increased by 7.25%and 8.83%respectively.While,the feed reward of group ? and ? was decreased by 1.5%and 1.9%respectively,and the diarrhea rate of group ? and ? was decreased by 10%and 10%respectively.Compared with the group ?,the digestibility of crude protein of group ? and ? increased by 4.84%and 6.86%respectively,the digestibility of crude fat of group ? and ? increased by 2.36%and 3.91%respectively,the absorbance of crude fiber of group ? and ? increased by 7.17%and 7.72%respectively,the digestibility of crude ash of group ? and ? increased by 10.59%and 12.48%respectively,and the absorbance of nitrogen free extract of group ? and ? increased by 6.42%and 8.58%respectively.Compared with the control group,the feed cost of each additional 1Kg consumption in group ?,group ? and group ? reduced by 0.74 yuan,1.31 yuan and 1.19 yuan,respectively.Group II had the best economic benefit based on the comprehensive estimate.The results showed that the addition of 200 g/T enzyme preparation in non-grain diet could obtain the best economic benefit and reduce the contradiction between people and animals.
