Peanut is an important oil crop and cash crop in Shandong Province.Its cultivation is mainly concentrated in the south,northwest and hilly areas of Shandong Province.The cultivation methods are relatively backward,and there are many problems in cultivation management.In some areas,peanuts are still planted by hand and lack of advanced planting technology and effective management measures,which not only wastes human and material resources,but also affects the quality and efficiency of peanuts.The occurrence of peanut diseases is one of the main factors that seriously affect the yield and quality of peanut.Early detection and effective control of peanut diseases are urgent problems for peasants to solve.In view of the above problems,the application of information technology and artificial intelligence technology in peanut cultivation management and disease identification can effectively assist farmers to detect,identify and control peanut leaf diseases as early as possible,timely understand the growth situation of peanut,disease status and other information,and improve management efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies and implements the peanut intelligent management information system.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Construction of peanut leaf disease image data set.The image data acquisition and pre-processing of peanut leaf diseases are mainly included.Peanut leaf disease images were collected artificially in Sunjiatuan Village,Taian City,and codes were compiled to cut,flip and radial blur the images.Finally,the peanut leaf diseases were classified artificially according to the types and characteristics of peanut leaf diseases.(2)Research and implementation of peanut leaf disease image recognition model.Deep learning is one of the research hotspots of artificial intelligence,and has achieved good results in image recognition and speech recognition.In this paper,convolution neural network is used as an image recognition model for peanut leaf diseases.In order to facilitate the use of farmers,under the framework of TensorFlow,LeNet-5 was used for model pre-training,Inception V3 was used for secondary training,and an image recognition model of peanut leaf diseases was constructed.The image recognition of peanut leaf diseases on Android smart phone was realized,and the recognition effect was good.(3)Research and implementation of peanut intelligent management information system.On the basis of consulting literature and communicating with agricultural plant protection technicians,the peanut intelligent management information system was studied and realized.The system mainly includes planting information,disease identification and background management functions.It can assist farmers to understand the information and management methods of peanut growth information and fertilizer management information,and realize the scientific and effective management of peanut.It can also identify Peanut Diseases quickly and accurately by using disease identification function,and provide corresponding disease control methods.
