| Muscle development is a highly ordered and complicated biological process,which needs a large number of genes to participate in the expression and regulation system.As present,the molecular mechanism of bovine muscle development and regulation mechanism have not been clear.CMYA1(cardiomyopathy-associated protein1)is a protein that plays an important role in muscle development and muscle repairmen.Bovine CMYA1 protein contains a number of Xin Repeats,which were consisting the half length of CMYA1.To screen the interacted proteins of CMYA1 and find out CMYA1 protein binding domains,we established a skeletal muscle c DNA library of Simmental foreleg,constructed CMYA1 and Xin repeat bait plasmid for Yeast two-Hybrid system,screening library by CMYA1 bait and the Xin repeat bait,respectively.As results,54 interacted proteins and 3’ UTR of 13 genes were screen out.Though different spliced to Xin Repeat,we found four Xin Repeat is the minimum domain that interacted with RPL35 A and EIF3 G proteins.This study provide the role of molecular theory of CMYA1 genes in muscle development,and laid a theoretical basis for molecular breeding of cattle and increase production of beef. |
