The forward speed of rapeseed harvesting equipment is the key factor to determine the harvesting efficiency.The forward speed of the harvester is mainly determined by the two parameters:crop density in the forward direction of the harvester and the harvesting loss rate.However,in actual production,the driver predicts the above two parameters and controls the forward speed of rapeseed harvester mainly according to his own experience,which will easily lead to misjudgement.Moreover,this can also cause transmission system blockage,resulting in faults,affecting the harvesting quality and efficiency.Based on the analysis of the working process of rapeseed combine harvester,a real-time detection system for crop density and loss was designed according to the working condition of the combine harvester and the characteristics of field crop growth,which provided support for the intelligent harvesting of rapeseed.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Crop density detection:Based on three main algorithms of decision tree,support vector machine and convolution neural network,the convolution neural network is adopted as the main algorithm of sparse density detection,and an improved model compression algorithm is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the algorithm,such as large computation and poor real-time performance.Density real-time detection.(2)Harvest Loss Detection:Mainstream algorithms based on target detection,image segmentation and Hough transform.According to the requirement of real-time and accuracy,the Hough transform method was improved and applied to this subject,which realized the loss detection of rapeseed harvesting better.(3)Finally,through the laboratory simulation and field experiments of the system,the effectiveness and scientificity of the density and loss detection system designed in this paper are verified,and the control effect is obviously better than the experiential operation of the driver.The research content of this paper is a part of the key special project"Intelligent Oil Harvesting Equipment and Technology Research and Development"of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016.The research results will lay a solid foundation for the development and application of "Intelligent Rapeseed Harvesting Equipment",one of the main equipment.
