In North China,the ecological environment is fragile and the main factor of restricting the development of forestry in arid areas of North China is drought.Together with drawdown of groundwater table lead by excessive exploitation of groundwater resources by mankind,global warning caused by excessive emissions of greenhouse gases,and stronger evaporation of surface water.All these unfavorable factors have hindered the construction of forestry ecology in arid and semi-arid areas of North China.To speed up vegetation restoration and afforestation in arid areas of North China,basing on existing research results,develop new type of anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer and apply to afforestation tree species planted in the North.This new type of anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer can improve the survival rate of afforestation,promote growth of plants and enhance ability of drought and cold resistance of plants,which has great significance to promote the ecological development of forestry in the arid areas of North China.From the perspective of growth status and physiological drought resistance of trees,spray the new type of anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer and foliar fertilizer of control group on leaves of Sophora japonica and Fraxinus rhynchophylla,which are main afforestation tree species in arid areas of North China.After the effect of anti.transpiration foliar fertilizer is stable,observe growth indexes like tree height and ground diameter,and physiological and biochemical indexes including transpiration rate,photosynthetic rate,leaf water potential,stomatal conductance and relative content of chlorophyll.Analysis these observed data and compare effect between different kinds of foliar fertilizers in order to sift the best anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer.This experiment used a controlled comparison method,setting four different ways of foliar treatments:self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer A,self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer Bs market available foliar fertilizer C and control group CK.Compare these four kinds of foliar treatments,analysis influence of anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer on tree height,ground diameter,transpiration rate,photosynthetic rate,leaf water potential,stomatal conductance,relative chlorophyll content and study on the action mechanism of anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer in order to provide experimental evidence and theoretical basis for the following test of popularization.The following conclusions are drawn from the comprehensive analysis of observation data:1)The growth effect of self-made anti transpiration foliar fertilizer to promote Sophora japonica,Fraxinus rhynchophylla seedlings obviously(p<0.05),through the analysis of the observational data,the self-made anti.transpiration foliar fertilizer of Sophora japonica,Fraxinus rhynchophylla plant height and diameter growth effect is obvious.2)Effect of self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer to enhance the drought resistance of Sophora japonica,Fraxinus rhyychophylla obviously(p<0.05),through the comparative analysis of the observational data,the physiological condition of self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer can improve plant seedlings under drought condition,increase the photosynthetic rate,leaf water potential,chlorophyll content and water use efficiency when the drought stress decreased,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate.3)Through factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the effects of Different Foliar Fertilizers on the growth and physiological characteristics of potted seedlings,the analysis results for foliar fertilizer C and blank of self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer effect was better than the market to buy control of CK,which made the effect of anti.transpiration foliar fertilizer A than the effect of self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer B relatively better.
