Polder water conservancy system in China has a long history of construction and improvement,its development and maturity is of great significance for cultivating historical civilization in the vast expanse of China.Nowadays,with the rapid development of China's economy and technology,the role and function of the polder water system began to be neglected,which caused the seawater,river network and cofferdam of the polder water conservancy system and the material and culture derived from the polder water system,which value of the regional characteristics of the landscape in the modern urban environment has not been well protected and used.This paper analyzes the history of the development of the water conservancy system in Ning Shao Plain,the historical formation process,the morphological texture,the important components and the influence of the Zhenhai Polder Water Conservancy System on the moden society.On-the-spot investigation of water conservancy system in Zhenhai area and summarizing the problems faced by the polder water conservancy system in the context of modern rapid urbanization.On this basis,combined with the analysis of important cases at home and abroad,put forward the corresponding coping strategies,And imagining the design of the Zhenhai Canal-Haitang Central Park based on the polder water conservancy system.Finally,the design of the Zhenhai Binjiang Greenland(Zhongdahekou-Houhaitang Section)in the canal-seawall park is taken as an example to explore the possibility of transformation of the system,for its transformation to provide some reference.
