Magnolia wufengensis is a rare and endangered species found in thein Wufeng,Hubei province of China,is the only inner and outer tepals so far within the territory of China that were pure red Magnolia plants,which has very high value in scientific research and application.At present,M.wufengensis transplanting survival rate is low,transplanting difficult,transplanting technology need to establish an effective.Through the experiments of biochemical treatment of soil and summer pruning of different Magnolia wufengensis seedlings,effects of different treatments on the physiological indexes of Magnolia wufengensis seedlings,in order to provide technical support for the management of Magnolia wufengensis in transplanting.based on my study,main conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)In the soil biochemical treatment,microbial agents could significantly enhance the absorption of Magnolia wufengensis root on soil N,P,K,increase the content of organic matter in the soil;ABT rooting powder and microbial inoculants and ABT rooting powder mixed treatment can significantly promote the absorption of Magnolia wufengensis roots on N and K,it can improve the mixing the content of organic matter in soil,but no significant effect on the absorption of P in soil microbial distribution;applied treatment and diversity of soil have obvious change.(2)In the soil biochemical treatment,ABT rooting powder,microbial agents can significantly improve Magnolia wufengensis height and diameter growth,mixed microbial agents and ABT rooting powder could also promote Magnolia wufengensis height growth and diameter growth.ABT rooting powder and microbial agent can also significantly improve the growth of new branches of Magnolia wufengensis.The combination of microbial agent and ABT rooting powder can promote the growth and growth of diameter,but the difference is not significant.The effect of each biochemical treatment on seedling growth was from large to small:ABT>Microbial agen>Mixture of microbial agents and ABT>Water.(3)In the soil biochemical treatment,ABT rooting powder and microbial agents as well as the mixture of two,can improve the content of N,P,K,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves of Magnolia wufengensis and other substances,the biochemical treatment of the compound content in the leaves of Magnolia wufengensis promoting effect from large to small order:ABT>Microbial agent>Mixture of microbial agents and ABT>Water.(4)In the soil biochemical treatment,ABT rooting powder and microbial agents as well as the mixture of two,promote the Magnolia wufengensis increased root length,root surface area,root diameter increase,and improve the rooting ratio,the effect of biochemical treatment of Magnolia wufengensis root from big to small order:ABT>Microbial agen>Mixture of microbial agents and ABT>Water.(5)In the summer pruning,the two different levels of pruning can promote safflower Magnolia wufengensis height,diameter and length of the branches grow,pruning effect on the growth of seedling growth from large to small order:prune 1/3>prune 1/2>prune 0.(6)In the summer pruning,the two different levels of pruning can increase the content of N,P,K,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves of Magnolia wufengensis material,promote the effect of pruning on compound content in the leaves of Magnolia wufengensis from big to small order:prune 1/3>prune 1/2>prune 0.(7)In the summer pruning,the two different levels of pruning can significantly improve the Magnolia wufengensis root length and root surface area,improve the rooting ratio,promote the effect of summer pruning on Magnolia wufengensis roots from big to small order:prune 1/3>prune 1/2>prune 0,but the effect of pruning on safflower root diameter of Magnolia wufengensis is not significant.(8)The soil biochemical treatment and summer pruning all increased the transplanting survival rate of the Magnolia wufengensis,and there was no interaction between soil biochemical treatment and summer pruning.
