Rice is a typical crop with high silicon content.However,China’s silicon-deficient soils account for 50% to 80% of the total cultivated land area,and with the cultivation of high-yield rice,the silicon deficiency in rice is becoming more and more serious.It has been proved that ensuring adequate silicon nutrition during rice growth can promote rice growth and development,increase rice’s ability to resist biotic and abiotic stresses,and increase rice production.This experiment adopts potted method and uses five kinds of silicon preparations to perform foliar spraying in the tillering and booting stages of rice.This is done for determine the silicon content in different parts of the plant at the tillering,heading and maturity stages,leaf chlorophyll content,root activity,and effective silicon in the soil,content and yield of active silicon,water-soluble silicon,amorphous silicon and its constituent factors.The dynamic changes of silicon content in leaves,stems and roots of rice plants,the dynamic changes of chlorophyll content and root activity in rice leaves,and the effects on the transformation of various silicon forms in paddy soils were studied after studying the silicon preparations sprayed in different stages.The impact of production and composition factors.In order to provide theoretical and experimental support for the exploration of new exogenous silicon preparation control technology,broaden the way of efficient use of silicon and rare earth to provide guarantee for the safety of rice supply.The results are as follows.:(1)Foliar application of silicon preparation can significantly increase the silicon content of rice plants and the silicon absorption capacity of rice,promote the transformation of soil silicon form,and improve the silicon supply capacity of rice soil.From the perspective of plant silicon content,Si-T-G treatment had the best effect in tillering stage.Compared with CK,the silicon content of maturity leaves increased by 88.05%,stem silicon content increased by 36.94%,and root silicon content increased by 36.43%.From the perspective of effective silicon content in soil,the effect of Si-T-G and Si-E-G treatment was the best in tillering stage.The effective silicon content of these two treatments in tillering stage was significantl y higher than that of CK 15.91% and 13.33%,respectively.CK 13.34% and 21.10%,the difference between Si-T-G and CK at maturity was not significant,and Si-E-G was significantly lower than CK 6.02%.(2)Spraying silicon preparation on the foliar surface can significantly increase the root activity of rice and delay the decline of root function.Spraying at the tillering stage was better than the booting stage,and Si-E-G was the best at the tillering stage.Compared with CK,the root activity was significantly increased by 33.95% at the tillering stage,52.44% at the heading stage,and significantly increased at the maturity stage by 45.13%.The effects of different silicon preparations on the chlorophyll content of rice leaves are different.Spraying at the tillering stage has a better effect,and Si-Ce in the tillering stage has the best effect on increasing chlorophyll content.The chlorophyll content during tillering was significantly higher than that of CK 25.48%,and it was significantly higher than CK 18.18% at heading stage.(3)Spraying Si-T-G and Si-E-G at the tillering and booting stages can significantly increase rice yield.Among them,the spraying effect in the tillering stage was the most significant,and the yields of Si-T-G and Si-E-G were increased by 16.05% and 11.64%,respectively.From the composition factor of yield,the effective panicle number increased by 1.96%~65.56%,in which the spraying effect in the tillering stage was good,the effec t of Si-T-G was significant,and the number of panicles increased by 2.17%~29.18%,of which the booting stage The effect of spraying was good,Si-E-G effect was significant;the seed setting rate was increased by 0.29%~2.17%,only Si-T-G and Si-E-G in the tillering stage were significant;1000-grain weight increased by 0.05%~6.43 %,Si-T-G effect was significant.
