'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer is a kind of water-soluble foliar fertilizer and its main component is 5-ALA,while a variety of necessary trace elements are added accroding the proportion of nutrition.This foliar fertilizer can promote plant photosynthesis,improve the quality of crop products and increase production.raspberry as a "third generation" of fruit has great economic value,and rice as the world's major food crops is the main food to vast majority of China's population,and its strategic economic value can not be ignored.In this experiment,raspberry and rice were used as experimental materials,and the foliar fertilizer of 'Crop Spring' was sprayed at a certain time during the growth period.The plant growth and development,leaf fluorescence effect and yield and quality changes of these two crops were studied,while a corresponding study was done that the application of 'Crop Spring'foliar fertilizer can reduce the effect of nitrogen fertilizer.So that can provide the theoretical basis for the application of foliar fertilizer in 'Crop Spring' on these two crops.The application of these two crops was tested as follow?Raspberry Field Spraying Study:Using the two kinds of raspberry 'Villamatte 'and'Heritage' as the experimental material and spraying 2000 times dilution of foliar fertilizer of 'Crop Spring' in different phenophase periods,morphological index,leaf fluorescence effect,chlorophyll content and raspberry yield and quality were studied.Rice field test:The 'Mudan 2' rice as the material was made six treatments,respectively zero nitrogen fertilizer,zero nitrogen fertilizer + 'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer,half of nitrogen fertilizer,half of nitrogen fertilizer + 'Crop Spring' leaves,total amount of nitrogen fertilizer,total amount of nitrogen fertilizer + 'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer.In different phenology,'Crop Spring' 2000 times dilution treatment was done.The effects of foliar fertilizer on the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics,plant growth and yield and the nutrient contents of the whole plant were studied under different nitrogen levels.The results showed that the leaf surface of 'Crop Spring' Fertilizer on the application of rice can provide theoretical basis for the 'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer used in rice production to reduce nitrogen fertilizer application,promote high and excellent yield effect providing data support.The main results of this test are as follows:1)The relative chlorophyll content(SPAD)of two kinds of raspberry leaves were studied after spraying 2000 times dilution of foliar fertilizer of 'Crop Spring' on raspberry cultivars 'Villamatte' and 'Heritage' three times.The relative chlorophyll content(SPAD)of the two raspberry leaves was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the curve of chlorophyll fluorescence rapid induction,the fluorescence value of P was significantly higher than that of the control,which increased the fluorescence yield of PSII reaction center.(RC/CS),unit reaction center leaf capture(ABS/RC),absorption(TRo/RC)and transfer(ETo/RC)energy,the unit blade area absorption(P<0.05),the number of reaction centers(DIo/CS and DIo/RC)were reduced by reducing the unit reaction center and the leaf area per unit,which improved the photosynthetic performance index(TRo/CS)and the transfer(ETo/CS)PIABS,PICS,PItotol),and finally that enhanced the photosynthetic capacity of the two raspberry leaves.The enhancement of the photosynthetic power of the raspberry leaves promoted the and raspberry up and down nutrient transport directly or indirectly.The results showed that the accumulation of nutrients was better than that of the control,which promoted the soluble solid content of raspberry and increased the content of titratable total sugar,which was lower than that of the control.Titratable acid content can increase the ratio of solid acid,saccharic acid ratio of the fresh raspberr,fruit anthocyanin and vitamin C and make fruit more delicious,ultimately increasing the two mangroves berry production,food processing and nutritional quality.2)The results showed that the effect of 'Crop Spring' on foliar fertilizer was more than that of northeastern rice cultivar 'Mudan 2' japonica.The results were the best(P<0.05).At the same level of nitrogen content,the relative chlorophyll content(SPAD)was the highest(P<0.05),and the leaf nitrogen fertilizer was the same in the leaf chlorophyll fast fluorescence curve(P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity of PS II was the highest at P point,and the absorbance per unit area(ABS/CS)increased after spraying 2000 times 'Crop Spring,(DIo/CS and DIo/RC)per unit of the reaction center,and the photosynthetic performance index(PIABS,PIcs and PItotal)was improved,and the photosynthetic performance index(PIABS,PICS and PItotal)Half of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer + 'Crop Spring' combination dad the most significant effect.'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer also increased the effective tiller number,the number of grains per spike,the leaf area and the height of the ground,finally increasing the total amount of rice biology and economics.Half of the nitrogen fertilizer + 'Crop Spring' combination got the highest production.(N,P,Mg,Ca,Na,K)contents in rice roots,stems,leaves and rice grains increased to some extent,although some of the elemental levels showed a decrease(B,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cr).The content of Fe in roots was the highest,and the content of nutrient elements in different organs of rice was different.Half of the nitrogen content,'Crop Spring' foliar fertilizer on the root promoted the absorption of nutrients and trace elements are reduced to varying degrees.Leaf and rhizome on the nutritional elements had different degrees of improvement,and ultimately completed in the rice nutrition.The content of soluble sugar,protein and amylose content in rice grains increased,and the chalkiness and chalkiness decreased.Grinding and appearance of food quality were improved.
